This morning I went to Tim Hortons and as usual I ordered a meal with my side being a hash brown and both a coffee and a water to drink. Also as usual, my hash brown was cold and hard (I dont know why I keep getting them). Then the girl at the window tells me its $6.55, so I hand her a ten, two quarters, and a nickle. She comes back to the window all annoyed and says, "I need another nickle." I said, "Didnt I give you two quarters and a nickle?" She says, "Yeah." I just stared at her until she apologized. Then she hands me my change and my drinks and my bag and I start to pull away because theres a million people in line, as usual, and I wanted to get out of the way. I just had a hunch that this woman cannot count so I counted my change.. $3. Welp, if my math is correct I shouldve had $4. A dollar isnt a big deal, but they need to get that girl off drive thru. So I park my car, go inside, and tell the first associate that looks at me how much I gave the lady and that she shorted me a dollar (not mentioning the first incident). She says, "So you want me to give you another dollar?" No, I would like you to give me MY dollar BACK. So she gives me a dollar and I go to leave. I get on the highway and start enjoying the one good thing about my meal.. my sandwich... Only to discover, when Im choking on the bread, that I dont have any straws.. Two drinks, no straws. Ugh.... I have a SERIOUS love hate relationship with Tim Hortons.

I have given this location numerous chances to improve, but between them wiping salt off bagels when they dont have plain and not telling customers. If you have any allergy or sensitivity to sodium dont go cause they will just give you what they want at the expense of your health. Them always messing up my order which is always the same egg and cheese biscuit to the horrendous wait times and rude employees and giving you any drink except what you ask for. Then when you call to say you received the wrong thing its oh well thats all we have. Knowingly giving things you dont want. They are always out of everything even when the sygma truck is dropping their orders off. From their whipped cream, cup cozies, baked goods. This location needs a major employee overhaul. The manager on shift this time was Theresa. Considering I can get a full breakfast from Leos and leave a tip for a dollar more than the prices at Tim Hortons for my order I will not be back to any Tim Hortons locations.

Very poor service and food products. The bagel was stale with hardly any cream cheese on it and there were two pieces of lettuce under the bagel, someone didnt clean off their serving counter. The coffee mocha came with a bunch of chocolate syrup spilled on the outside of the cup and had to ask for some hot water to clean the syrup off. The staff does does not care about providing a good service. Never going back to this location and will be glad when the Starbucks finally opens across the street from this place.

I needed a dozen crullers to bring to my friends Mom. Since my friend didnt have a Tim Hortons near her I said I would get some to take over to her Mom. I arrived to find that they had only 2 crullers left. I explained to the nice girl waiting on me that I needed a dozen. She went back and told the manager who made some fresh. I was able to bring her some fresh and warm crullers! I have had EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY and FAST Customer service whenever I have visited this location.

My experience the last couple months has been TERRIBLE. Slow service, slow drive thru, and RUDE people. Another bad experience is that I always get a hot coffee with French vanilla and they always seem to forget to put it in my coffee! Today I had the same thing happen, gave it back, got it back and the darn thing was a quarter gone. Just irritating. Never will I go there again. Ill keep to my washtenaw Ypsilanti Tim Hortons.

I have limited experience at this location. My last visit, it was very busy! Service was a bit affected and slow due to the demand, I ordered a breakfast combo, and was also charged for the combo, but only given the coffee and sandwich. I wasnt planning on eating the side, but I didnt tell them that.

This place is kind of slow, I usually wait a good 10 minutes in the drive thru for an iced coffe, but they have never messed up my order so I guess thats a good thing. Main reason I come here is because its close, I live across the street.

Got a cup of coffee that was 3/4 full. Took it back in and they gave me a full cup but no vanilla shot. When I brought that to their attention, they gave me a cup with vanilla in it to pour into my coffee. Took forever to get my sandwich.

I stopped to get a coffee and bagel. Girl behind the counter acted like she couldnt me. I repeated myself 5 times asking for a black coffee and a dry bagel and still got it wrong. I will never go back there ever again

I worked at a Tim Hortons during high school, and the staff here in the early morning reminded me of the staff my former workplace used for the morning rush: the A team (of serving reasonably priced coffee).

Very slow, filled up mothers coffee not even half way, asked for salted caramel hot chocolate and was a normal hot chocolate. This is NOT the Tim Hortons you want to go to if you want something quick.
