My family literally just had the worst experience here. The Russian girl who works here ignored me 30 different times asking me what I wanted mixed in my Ice cream and then would ignore my response, talk to her coworker, then ask again until I got frustrated and she realized it. Literally she asked me at least 10 times. I asked for a medium, she made a small, so when I corrected her, she put the same ice cream in a bigger bowl and didnt add anything to it.. She then rung our order up wrong four times. Literally its not that hard to work at an ice cream place. This is the worst service I have ever received and because of her specifically, we probably will not return.

Good gravy they need help! They didnt clean the infamous cold stone between servings and my cheesecake ice cream, with what was supposed to be only graham cracker crust was given to me looking like every flavor and topping possible was sampled and mixed in too. Both ice creams I ordered were melted before even being given to me. So melted that even the customers sitting in required a lid to keep from spilling their sweet milk. I did realize it was busy at their drive through and they only had, that I could see, 3 people working....but this is still the worst cold stone Ive ever been to. They were ill prepared and ill run.

After waiting in line for nearly 40 minutes we finally get to the front of the line to find that they are out of chocolate ice cream, the one thing we went there for. Then one worker starts helping my fiance while I wait my turn. Another worker then comes up, apologizes for the wait and asks how she can help. I give her my order then she looks at me and says, "Oh, were you next?" No, Im just standing here for no reason. After telling her yes, she reluctantly begings quickly making my order and even though I ordered the same size ice cream serving as my fiance, he got significantly more ice cream than I did.

Let me start by saying that the icecream is always great because well its Coldstone but the service sucks! No matter what time of day I I visit this location Im always stuck waiting for atleast ten minutes for icecream with only one maybe two people ahead of me. I blame this wait on the young employees who take their sweet time doing everything and on top of that all they do is stand around and talk to one another. Very poor service, dont come to this location if you want to get in and out because theres a high chance that youll be waiting.

staff gets overwhelmed often, its not their fault. when I talked to them they told me they have to run back and forth between tim Horton Abe cooks stone add dont get a penny more above normal wage for running two shops in one. staff does their best. or server was really nice but the ice cream was already too soft as if the cooking system was failing or someone left the door open for hours. Im a huge cold stone fan and this was a slightly less desirable experience but not a bad one either

Possibly the worst customer service, ever. Our server - the same Russian lady who a customer 9 months ago complained about, Gediola - was extremely rude to our entire family. She wouldnt make eye contact with any of us and was consistently rude even after we told her to not worry because it would all be on one bill. There were 22 of us in total, and we provided Coldstone over $60 in business, but never again. The management here really need to do a lot of work before we ever go back.

The staff is hardworking. They dont always have a wide donut selection but all the food is fresh and well presented. I went there once and the cook made me up a special order veggie sandwich. Great service! We often us this location to get food items for our business meetings. The landscaping is well kept up.

Little expensive if you dont plan on sharing, but they give you huge quantities no matter what you order. The ice cream is delicious and the service good/mediocre, plus the building seemed to be recently redone and all the tables were clean which can be an issue for other places.

Shared space with a Tim Hortons. Service is slow, very disorganized and not attentive. And they dont seem to do a good job at scooping / cleaning the stone after prior order(s). So be prepared for tasting other flavors in your ice cream you didnt ask for.

Great ice cream and great staff. The price shows it though, expect to drop some $$$. Plus this location no longer offers the half-gallon sized, which is the best price/size ratio.
