Id give them a zero if I could, but I cant. We came in and decided what we are going to order. My sister wanted a sandwich without horseradish, but was told they come preassembled and it wasnt possible to do that, so she had to order different food. My mother has a severe food allergy, so she has to make sure what shes getting she can eat. She asked the waitress if the pizza was a white sauce pizza who said yes it is. Haha no its bread, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese aka cardboard and cheese. If we had been told that from the beginning she wouldnt have gotten that pizza. The manager brought her out Alfredo sauce to add flavor to her now cold pizza, because there is no sauce added just olive oil... She asked for a water with no lemon and was brought water with lemon to you may not seem like a big deal, but she can NOT have lemons or lemons touch her because she will have a severe reaction. So, it was a BIG deal. There was no compensation to our bill for the issues, because "I brought you Alfredo" to fix the sauce issue. The pizzas are 14" and 8 slices...our one pizza was that. The "white sauce"pizza probably had 20 slices they were so small. Also, if you order the "white pizza" plan to be charged extra for the "toppings". Our compensation was $2.00 off our bill for our waitress not being trained (because while the manager apologized he placed blame on her.. which she did do a lot wrong). After we had left the manager tried to come out and give us $20 certificate. Haha no thanks we will NOT be back and we will most certainly spread the word about how awful this place and experience was.

Had lunch there this week with my family and thought it had a wonderful store front and curbside appeal however the food was a let down, the wood fire pizza dough was so thin it did not support the topping and fell to pieces when trying to transfer a slice to plate, it was also covered in oil by bargain cheese and cheap pepperoni - ... the only thing edible was the crust. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress she agreed with me and swiftly changed the subject and left, I also order eggplant parm, which again was greasy (shiny) eggplant thrown on top of angel hair pasta and covered in mozzerella cheese it had a few shavings of parmesan on top. The eggplant had not been soak to get the bitter out and it was a color green you wouldnt have seen if prepared correctly and been breaded and baked...horrible! Save your pennies and head to another restaurant!

This place is amazing. Hands down you will not find anything like it outside of Washington DC. Walking in you are transported to Italy. From the music and decor to the large family gathering tables and the incredible staff that immediately make you feel like family. That big Italian family feel is translated seamlessly to the menu offerings. The food is to die for. Ask your server what they recommend and you will not be disappointed. I personally will be going back for the squash ravioli appetizer and the sangria made by Mrs. Laurienzo! I cannot say enough about the experience. It is a must try.

Like a Phoenix, theyve risen from the Ashes. My God Ive enjoyed the food there, especially their sandwiches that come with a bag of Terra chips. Absolutely delicious. Ive gone there several times for numerous occasions(birthdays, dates)and Ive always been happy afterwards. Fell in love with asparagus here, never liked it before but I tried it out. Deliciousness. Pizza is amazing as well. If we built this restaurant in the middle east, I can guarantee you there would be no war. Muslims, Christians, and Jews would all be sitting around eating pizza and having a good time.

Wife found out about this place on our way back from the airport. We didnt get a chance to go then because we were to tired. So we decide to go later. Well today is later and this place definitely lived up to the hype. The decor is wonderful, the Caesar salad is the best I have ever tasted with the brick oven croutons. And the pizza is absolutely delish, perfectly baked, crunchy and tasty all the things you want in a pizza. Im from NY so I know pizza. If you have an opportunity to check this place out you wont regret it.

The review is based on two visits to Laurienzos. Both times weve been here the service has been excellent. The staff is super friendly, engaging, and helpful with the menu. Definitely start with the crab soup. Its delicious and a family recipe. Last time I had the bolognese pasta which was a rich meat sauce with elbow pasta. We also ordered the garlic bread, which is more like a garlic pizza, but delicious. Lastly, pizza is what this place is all about and a must order.

Stopped here on a whim while travelling back to Ohio from the Delaware shore. Had a late lunch/early dinner here with the family and order 2 pizzas, along with the Bruchetta, and provolone/tomato appetizer. Everything, the locale, interior, service and food were all excellent. Really enjoyed the pizza, way better than the pizza that Ohio has to offer. And the appetizers were great as well. Cant wait for our next trip out that way. Well be sure to stop back again.

Couldnt have been worse. During the hour we waited for a pizza to be served, we watched other tables served including the one next to us who had sat down for just 15 minutes. We did finally get ours....undercooked and raw which I didnt think was possible in an 800 degree oven that takes 8 minutes to cook a pizza. They offered a $25 gift card and seemed surprised that we didnt accept. They didnt really think we would come back did they?

Was visiting from out of town and chose a place at random to try - ended up here and I am so happy I did! Got pizza and a cup of their Maryland Crab Soup... Wish I had gotten more than just a cup of the soup now because it was fantastic! People were extremely friendly, service was quick, food is yummy... What more could you ask for? Will come back when in town again. :-)

Laurienzo Brick Oven Cafe has some of the best pizza in the area. I especially love the Margherita pizza. The crust is thin and yet chewy, with blackened bubbles on the edges from being in the brick oven. Their spinach salad with grilled salmon is one of my favorite things ever. Its pricey, but oh so worth it. A real gem in our little town.

Poor service run by a bunch of kids, 18 yr old manager could not make a decision without consulting owner. Took over an hour to get a pizza, claim they lost it, and then when it came it was wrong. Our waitress was rude and underaged, she couldnt even serve our drinks. Over priced, understaffed, and undertrained. Will never go back.

Highly recommend!!! My sister and I stopped here on our way back to West Virginia based on the advice of online reviews. Each and every review was spot on accurate. This place is spectacular! Came for the pizza, ended up having the specials for dinner (with a pizza to go of course). Will return next trip through for sure.
