Slow. We arrived around 7:00pm to get some wings after shopping nearby, and while we were seated fairly quickly, it was all downhill from there. We stared aimlessly at staff as they kept walking by us and never approached. Finally CeCe stopped by and could tell that we were upset and took us even though we were not in her section. She was beyond amazing and the only reason we did not leave and take our business elsewhere. We placed our order right away because we were waiting so long already. 30+ minutes past and we still hadnt had our simple order of ONLY wings. No sides, no drinks. Just 8 boneless and 12 traditional. There were multiple uncleaned tables and the majority of the staff just seemed to have absolutely no sense of urgency to make the place presentable. After about 45 minutes we finally got our small order, and after seeing tables around that had been seated after us get their food earlier we asked to speak to a manager. The manager (Nick I believe), came over and seemed super uninterested in our complaint or in the fact that we were not pleased with our service. He told us they had a large fundraiser just before we got there and the kitchen was about a half hour behind. This would have been a good thing to know when being seated, but still didnt explain why we hadnt been waited on by the server in our section or why the people around us got their larger orders before we did. He comped my girlfriends wings which was the least he could do for the service we got. The only saving grace was that we had an amazing waitress who took us on even though we werent in her section, and was very good at her job. So thank you CeCe for the good service on your end. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. Ill stick to the one in West Oaks.

We had a large table, Id say an estimate of 25-30 ppl..2 waiters for each side of the table. The waiter that waited on the right side of the table put their order in before the waiter on the left side could even finish gathering orders rather than waiting for everyone at the entire tables order to be complete causing one side of the table to be finished eating before the other side even received their food, also waited and had to remind the waiter on the right side for condiments, napkins, refills, sides that were ordered with meals, etc. My auntie then asked to speak to a manager, his name is Eric, he was laughing in her face and walked away from her because he didnt like the stern tone in her voice because he wasnt able to understand the frustration and inconvenience that my family experienced.. so my question to Eric is, why are you in customer service if you lack empathy for a customer whos expressing her frustration regarding the poor customer service that she and her family experienced at your establishment? Definitely not acceptable. Also we have this situation recorded on video and it has been posted on social media as well as the bdubs Facebook page.

I have given this Buffalo Wild Wings way too many chances to redeem itself. It is unbelievable to make a carry-out order and wait an extra hour to wait for your food to be finished. Not only that, once the food is finally done, they mess up the entire order. Its like the staff in the kitchen have a language barrier or something. It is not a one-time thing either. It is every single time no matter what. That is only my perspective of the damn carry-out service. Dont get me started with their service when you actually dine in. Ive eaten there when they were swamped and Ive eaten there when they had 2 tables to serve (including myself!!). I dont know why it is so hard for someone to get an order correct the first time when they have a pen and a pad to write things down, but apparently the waitresses either cannot write legibly or explain what the customer would like to eat, or the kitchen staff are illiterate! I highly recommend avoiding this at all costs! If your looking for a good place to eat there are other restaurants all around that area. If you want Buffalo Wild Wings, go to one of the Novi or Livonia locations.

My 17 year old son loves Buffalo Wild Wings, and recently we made our first visit to this particular location. We found none of the problems that other reviewers have mentioned, but we did come at an off-peak hour. A pleasant staff member greeted us immediately, and offered us our choice of seats, although we were slightly put off when she took one look at my son (who is taller than I am) and offered us a kids menu, and then, when we clearly said that we had no need of one, persisted by offering to send a guy dressed as a clown to our table to fold balloon animals. (Really?!?) Naturally, we firmly declined that too. The experience was great afterwards; the food was the usual tasty BWW fare, and it was made in a reasonable amount of time. Moreover, our server, Jerica, was nothing short of fantastic: polite, attentive, cheerful, and prompt. I see no reason not to return.

Hands down some of the worst and slowest service Ive ever experienced in any restaurant, let alone a BWWs. Poorly staffed on Wing Tuesday/Thursdays as well as main events such as UFC and CFB Saturdays. Dont get anything outside of wings. They will mess it up 9/10 times. Queso is cold; coleslaw is soup; fries are always unbelievably stale. Thats what you get after waiting fifteen minutes to get a table every.single.time. One star for the smart waitstaff who knows how unbelievably lazy and slow they are, but are smart enough to not give you your survey with your receipt. Go to Novi if you want to have a decent night and actually get your beer before it gets warm. I only go here once a month just to be entertained to how poor my service was. Plus it makes the Novi/Waterford locations that much better to me.

Hands down the worst of any BW3 franchise I have ever been to or ordered catering through. If you are dining in, prepare to wait for a very long time for anything. The ice in your glass will melt before you ever see a refill. For catering - forget it. The order will be wrong every time, and nothing says "well-executed meeting" like a group of starving people. Also, should you call the location to explain that they completely messed up the order and sent only half the food you were expecting, dont think for a moment to get any sympathy or a solution. They will tell you "that really stinks" in a completely ambivalent voice, and also, "you should probably just order some pizza." The BW3 in Warren, MI and Ferndale, MI are both really good ones, though.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Im a former employee and was recently fired for eating four pieces of boneless wings. The staff is rude to eachother and the General Manager April is an ass to everyone. While working here, the staff will sometimes pick off customers food with their bare hands after being on their phones and touching dirty trays that arent even wiped off until the very end of the night. One time the manager told the cooks to respin what was Medium wings that was supposed to be Spicy Garlic wings in the actual sauce it was supposed to be... they didnt even remake the food for them he said that "they taste similar so just spin them in the spicy garlic"
