I really do love Boston Market. I used to get Boston Market all the time but have since not frequented the restaurant as much because there isnt one located where I live. I was really excited to go here so much so that I almost cut someone off to pull into the parking lot. I ordered the 3 piece dark with red potatoes and baked apples. The chicken was undercooked so I asked for some different pieces and it turns out they were all cooked that way. The lady seemed pretty irritated that I asked for different pieces and when she gave me my food she shoved it and she didnt even put utensils in the bag. The food itself was just ok and the experience was so-so and thus I gave this place a 3.

Wonderful timely matter good food wonderful service and right around the corner Always when I need a quick meal healthiest fast food around here! Good mannered and work to improve their services dont know any fast food arounf here that could ever come close to this wonderful place. Today however I got food from here as I was home sick from family they dropped it off everything hot and good till I found a long piece of plastic mixed in with the apple sauce I was like wth this is not okay and a safety health concern. If it happens again I will noy let the matter go a 2nd time.

I walked in and walked straight back out! Location smelled was dirty the line where the food is was so messy wasnt clean at all. Food was everywhere. I wasnt greeted when I walked in. Bottom line the place was nasty and they need to close or get better management.

For dinner tonight, my family sat down to a meal of barbecue rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, sweet potato casserole, steamed vegetables, and cornbread. And it was all only $20 and we didnt have to cook!

Not much to like other than its Boston market every table was dirty and most had dirty dishes on them I got attitude for wanting to order a drink with my meal. Deffently needs work on house keeping issues

Found long strip of plastic in my hot apples n cinnamon dish was like wtheck. Yes has some good service and food, just hope this incident with long piece of food wrap tap mixed in my meal dish never happens again.

Dirty. Potatoes were cold. Chicken strips were dry and overcooked. Of all the years Ive been going to Boston Market this is the first time I Have ever had a complaint. Corporate needs to pay them a visit.
