I went twice so far. Both times I ordered the same thing, I wanted salami, pepperoni, and provolone on white. Once it was made the way I wanted it, but the second time they denied the sub I wanted and made me an Italian sub with all the items replacing ham with salami. I didnt ask for ham with a replacement. I wanted my specific sub. Would recommend to people who like PREMADE RECIPES THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED REGARDLESS.

Firehouse Subs is just good. It seems that whoever makes the sub really makes it or breaks it. Its really depending on the day when you go there. I would say its good choice if you dont want subway, but to me its not the best sub shop.

Great chain. Food is reasonably priced for what youre getting and I cant get over their hot sauce bar. I really like the ability to round up to the nearest dollar on my bill to donate to local firefighters.

The sandwiches are great. I especially like the beef brisket sub. Staff is great as well. Very friendly and quick to take care of issues (although Ive personally had none).

Great food, great service! TJ was quick and courteous! Approximately $11 for medium sandwich, awesome salad and a medium drink! Well worth the trip!

Food was great!. Table was dirty, and no changing table in the bathroom for the baby. Otherwise i love me some firehouse subs, so we compromised.

Best hot sub Ive ever had. The meat and sauce they put on it is amazing beats quizznos and tubbys but a long shot.
