Horrible service, mediocre (at best) food, very pricey. We ordered 2 6" sandwiches and one order of frieaand so did the guy behind us. Mine was the club and my bf got the Reuben. Somehow the guy behind us got his food first. We got home and the fries were cold. Not lookwarm or room temp. Cold????!!!! My club had very little meat on it and the ham was really fatty. We paid $23 for this and a small and large drink. Not the worst place weve been to but we definitely wont be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our steak subs, the bread is very good and the meat is flavorful and plentiful. The fries were a big disappointment they were not completely cooked. Mine had hard spots and they.just had no flavor. A friend of ours had been there the day before and she shared her fries which were wonderful very flavorful, nice and crisp on the outside and tender inside. If we would have had fries like that I would have given a 5 star review.

The subs and fries are great but the service has been going down hill lately. I mean whats the point to phone in my order ahead of time just to come here and wait 20 min while my subs get cold on the counter and they say they are waiting on fries and ive seen them pull up at least four baskets and serve other people that came after me in that 20 min i stood there!!!!

Love Penn Station but this location is the worst. Went during peak lunch hours and I was the only customer. Now I know why. Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there and not too friendly. My fries were burnt and sandwich was... Blah. I will never goto this location again. Novi and Rochester know how to run a Penn Station. Take notes wayne

Ive tried 3 different subs so far and all have been delicious. Also have to mention the fries. Theyre absolutely delicious and they give you a ridiculously huge amount lol. The cookies were not the best but everything else made up for it. Employees are all nice so far as well.

Pull up at 7:55 to be greeted as soon as I open my car door saying they close at 8 so we couldnt get any food. Just drove 20 mins for food that would have taken less than 5 mins to make. Maybe it should say somewhere you shut down 10 before close. Let people know.

Service is good, food is great. This was our second visit and we realized nobody had on gloves while preparing food. Not sure how I feel about that. We are now torn on if we will return because the food is great and the chocolate chip cookies are amazing.

The food is still good, but it seems like no one wants to be there. They were out of malt vinegar, I asked if they had any more and got "Dont you want ketchup?" as a response. Its really downhill from just a couple months ago it seems.

Penn Station as a whole has very good subs, fries, and lemonade. The Wayne Rd location seems a little dull and unkept. The staff doesnt appear to want to be there. The Rochester location has a more vibrant ambience.

Me and a friend tasted all the Italian sub we could find. We stopped at 23 different stores. I called Penn Stations the #1 best Italian sub and he called it the #2 best Italian sub.
