When you order you dont expect to receive the largest portion you actually should be allowed to choose your size rather than the cashier randomly over charging you. I wont go back to this place ever because I was treated like I was a problem rather than a customer by the cashier who was the first person to hear me say hi Ive never been here before can you tell me about your food. If you dont want customers to come in why dont you just shut down because being mean and rude to them will certainly make them do exactly what Im doing and leave a review that is actually going to tell the truth about whats going on in your place. I dont like to leave negative reviews so I am giving you an extra star because the manager took the time to find out what was going on before he put the cashier back in the kitchen where she belongs. No one should be disrespected just for ordering food. Why does this place not cover their hair and you find food with people talking over at the counter before they deliver it? I dont think they understand sanitation here at all because this place needs a visit from the health inspector and Martha Stewart.

Yes the food has always been good here, but today the service is what got to me. As I was trying to order my one year old was being crazy and the gentleman was so patient and walked me through ordering for my son, he then walked me to my table and grabbed us a high chair (which you usually do yourself, but he saw me struggling with my one year old). Next, the man who brought us our food was so nice, and made sure we had everything, including offering to grab me a refill (which again they dont normally do). Lastly, the gentleman who came to grab our empty plates saw my son hadnt eaten much of his spaggheti (because he was full) and offered to make him something different. The service was outstanding, I wish we were able to leave tips!!!

They are running a special right now for bogo. With bogo it is a fantastic deal for very healthy food. The full price is a bit pricey, but the ingredients are fresh and not pre-cooked garbage like many fast food places. Staff are courteous and they bring your meal out to you. They ask that you dont tip, and offer to bus the tables also. When I would eat in here I would always clean up and bring them the dishes instead of taking advantage of their kindness like so many lazy people. I love the food. The pesto cavatappi is my fave. They have many options and with the online ordering you can customize it completely, removing or adding many toppings.

This was my first time eating here when I went out here with a friend. I ordered the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese (with baked meatballs) while my friend ordered the Pesto Cavatappi with a side order of salad. My friend enjoyed her food as did I, but I found the mac and cheese to be just a little bland (the meatballs were tasty though). Nonetheless, I enjoyed the decor (especially the Chinese zodiac mural, which me and my friend complimented), and the employees were friendly, with one waitress recognizing my friend and having a conversation with her. I think I see myself coming back here in the future.

Clearly badly run and poorly managed. Almost every table was dirty and unwiped, and the drink station was an absolute mess with drinks spilled all over it. Really poor customer service, and this is coming from a food service worker and customer service worker myself. Food was not awful, so I will give 2 stars. Worth noting the meat that they most likely take out of their freezer, was terrible quality. I rarely write reviews, thats how bad my experience is here. Seems the current management is awful

Noodles and Co. is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. They have an amazing menu with a verity of different type and kinds of noodles, from asian to mediterania. They have amazing rolls and flat bread. You can also choose fresh salad or soups there. Its great when you only have a little cash to spand, because of their great prices and they dont except tips! Small bowls are only 4.25 and the regular 5.25. I highly recommended this restaurant to anyone whos low on cash and wants a great meal.

This place simply never disappoints. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful and where very polite in accommodating my mother’s allergies when we ordered her meal. Portions are generous and filling and the house pepper powder packs a serious kick! Fair warning though those Rice Crispies Treats (bricks?) are addictive. Only down side is that they’ve discontinued my favorite menu item, the Indonesian Peanut Saute. Hopefully corporate will come to their senses and bring it back!

This company does not give you the family friendly feeling like they did when they first opened. This is just another spot to get food. They do offer some allergy friendly foods and you can request your dish to be made to your liking, they do offer good portions and definitely healthier than fast foods!

I have not had a dish here that I did not like. Everything tastes great! Their food is 100% MSG free. Woohoo! The staff has always been friendly. And it has a good atmosphere. One of my favorite dishes is the Indonesian Peanut Sauté.

Always good for lunch! The food is good, and everything is very quickly processed (hardly any lines). They offer good sizes and also simple/cheap options for sides. I enjoy my time there for the short lunch breaks I have.

I love the Mac and Cheese - tip: add the Parmesan crusted chicken to the regular mac and cheese. Its to die for. The store is clean and the staff was efficient and friendly on the day I visited.
