First off, I probably wouldnt give a single star, Id start with a circle to say the least, the management should double check the quality of the boneless wings, thankfully I have real teeth so I only chipped my tooth, as opposed to dentures wich would fail under pressure but my point is that biting into the "boneless" wings are equivalent to chewing rocks, maybe the bones are ground into the meat, I dont know, but please soften the breading please or get a better quality product. The regular wings are tiny and extremely hard too. Bottom line, you need better wings if thats what you claim to specialize in. I can get better wings in ANY bar within a 25 mile radius of this place and it shouldnt be that way.

the wings are fine, but the bait-n-switch game they play with the beer is ridiculous. They show 16 craft beers but might have half that many on tap. They never chg the menu pages--they just come back and say "were all out of that one but can I recommend..." and they will recommend what they always have. Its a game. One server told me that they are sent the menus by corporate no matter what beers they have available.

My family and I had an amazing experience here. Our server Amanda, along with the manager Brian, and the rest of the crew provided us with phenomenal service. We were all fasting and had to break fast at a very specific time. The food was served exactly on time and everything tasted delicious! Thank you very much for everyone at Buffalo Wild Wings. Waiter accidentally spilled my food about 3 feet from my table, came over, apologized, and never charged me for it. Manager even came and apologized. Brought me my food pretty quickly after the incident considering what happened. Couldnt ask for better service and not to mention the food was great! Ill go to this bww over the one in Cicero any day.

Waitress and host made annoyed remarks and faces when we asked for a booth. They dont seem to want to earn their tips with good customer service. We walked out instead of having to deal with the waitresses attitude for ruining her night.

I love Buffalo style wings and the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are excellent. Be aware that their "hot" wings are really hot. You might want to opt for the "mild" wings if you you cant stand the heat.

Great beer selection and a friendly staff. Sadly, theyve changed the game selection on tablets (which was a great disappointment to my children). The "cool" games are now "premium" and are not free.

I have a wing habit and this place has it all. My favorite is going on Tuesday for half off on traditional wings. My favorite is buffalo dry rub and lemon pepper dry rub

Decent food, go on Tuesdays half price wings. And tell them you are with West Genesee Wrestling, the team gets a kickback from the sales, at no cost to the consumer.
