I visited this location a couple weeks ago and still cannot get over the experience that I had. I wanted to relax before posting this review because I didnt want to be a bad review if I was just upset. What Ive found is that it still lingers on me, even after all this time and I have to be honest about what happened. When I walked in, there were no other customers in the restaurant. It was just about lunch time. The girl taking orders was cleaning something and even though she saw me, it took her a few minutes just to ask what I would like to order. I ordered a sub, fry and drink and proceeded on to the register. I paid for my food and waited. As I waited, three more people came in an ordered. I continued to wait. After I saw two of the three people get their food, I saw what looked to be mine coming from the oven and the employee putting it on a plate for eat-in. I excused myself and reminded her that mine was to-go and the employee rudely replied, "Oh this isnt yours" and proceeded to hand it to the third customer that had ordered after me. I then questioned where my food was at since I had been waiting for over 10 minutes for it. The girl shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt know. I asked her to check as I needed to get back to work. She checked and came back explaining that the other girl forgot to make mine and it would just be a couple more minutes. I waited, got my food and rushed back to work. When I got in the car, I took a bite of my fries and realized they were the ones that she had cooked and put in a bag 10 minutes before my sub was ready to go. The fries were soggy and cold. The sub was dry and did not taste like Teriyaki Chicken at all. I will not be visiting again and I suggest you not to either.

In case youve been wondering about the new sub shop in town, wonder no more! I got to try Penn Station for lunch today. The sub that I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu. The place was moving very slowly even though they werent very busy. They had one girl doing expediting, short order AND cashier, and that girl left my fries sitting over the vat so long before putting my order together that they were cold before she ever handed them to me. Not only that, but the girl who ordered after me got her food first. Not to mention the fact that all the tomatoes (3) were in the same spot and the bacon was so lightly cooked that it tasted like raw pork. Hope I dont get sick. DO NOT EAT AT PENN STATION IN TAYLOR!!!

The service here was terrible. THEY DO NOT USE GLOVES and the young lady taking my order was very rude! My sub was made incorrect and when I went back the second time to let the young lady know she rolled her eyes at me and started slamming utensils around as if I was the one in the wrong. I will not be bringing my family or friends back to this location or restaurant ever again. Subway is WAY better!

Poor Service The past 3 times I have been there customers in line behind me got there food first. There reasoning is cold subs take longer , However on my Final visit the 2 people behind me had cold subs also. I like there product but service is poor. If u have an hour lunch U will not have time to order eat and get back to work. Back To Jersey Giant for me.

The service is prompt and friendly here, and the sandwiches are delicious. The main reason I have to take a star is the cost, the sandwiches are about on par with what you get, the sides however are not so much at almost six dollars for a large. The fries are good but at that price they really should be covered in something.

Only took one trip to find out this chain not for us,,, the Fries were burnt, so we complained with no response, , the sub just over priced Subway style. Save your money we just cant see them lasting in the Downriver area,,, with so many better choices

Food is usually great. I went in there this evening, ordered double meat on one and used a coupon. I noticed the amount of meat was the same on both subs, brought it up and they said it was double. Subs were EXACTLY THE SAME.

Usually a really good place for a sub, fresh cut fries (although on my last visit I felt like I received some old, leftovers that were all crunchy tiny pieces). Their chocolate chip cookies are amazing!
