We used to love Firehouse and were excited about this location opening up. While the manager is friendly as is most staff, I wont be returning. My sub was initially made incorrectly, I apologized and asked to have it remade. The employee (hes been there awhile, and this behavior doesnt surprise me) seemed annoyed at me and did not apologize. After having waited ten minutes for the first incorrect sub, I waited and additional ten minutes for its replacement. When the same employee brought it over I thanked him and received no response besides a here you go. The replacement sub was incorrect too - missing half its ingredients despite me giving him the ticket to remake it. It tasted mediocre at best. This isnt the first issue with mixed up orders but it is by far the worst. Im not sure whats going on but Im really disappointed as this is a place we used to enjoy.

Food was good, price was fair, but wish the subs were a little bigger, the sub bread was a little narrow and thin, and toppings were falling out. This location was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Their take on an Italian sub is about you would get at most places, except it has mayo on it, which wasnt bad but most places Ive been to dont put mayo on a Italian sub. One suggestion. I would make is that they should have a listing on the menu of what extra vegetable they have that you can add, did not see anything on the menu.

Id give them zero stars if possible, but I guess the sub itself was good. This rating reflects the service, or rather lack thereof. Fifteen minutes to make a sub - despite no line, wrong size salad, and employees that looked like theyd rather be having their gums scraped than working there. Needless to say, we wont be back!

The food is alright, and the menu is diverse. They also have a selection of hot sauces, at varying heat levels, from many locations. These sauces are numbered for easy identification, and greatly add to the sub experience. The staff is also friendly enough, the store was clean, and the service was timely.

Great sub shop! This was my first visit to a Firehouse Subs. I found friendly and fast service. Tried the Hook and Ladder sub. It was very good. Prices are a bit ($1 or so) higher than the other well known sub chain, but its worth it! Ill be back!

This is not your typical sub. Actually tastes really good. Bread is just the way it should be and a good variety of flavors. Try some level 10 hot sauce on it. Also they have this pretty sweet looking USA flag around the back of the building.

Absolutely off the hook! Great subs, they have Coke Freestyle and the service was great. I ordered online and came into pick up the order, it was ready on time and the manager was very friendly and helpful.

Never a bad choice. Too bad they are far from where we live. When ever you have to go to the Xfinity Store we stop in to grab some subs. Can you guys build on in Canton, Belleville or Romulus?
