Didnt give it 5 stars because the cashier although knowledgeable about the products he was not knowledgeable about the sales it wasnt until after I made the purchase and happen to see the sale sign and bring it to his attention did he ask another person about the sale and she had to redo the transaction with the sale price.

I wrote to the company, got a Very quick response from them, and was Completely satisfied with the level of service that was provided to me. THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Of course the hams are wonderful. But the store has so much more. Side dishes, outstanding sandwiches, smoked turkeys, and even coffee cakes and carrot cake. All good. Add wonderful customer service and you have a great place.

Ive had it before for work box lunches and Ive always enjoyed it. However I went here for lunch one day and it was overpriced and only Ok (a bit on the dry side). I wish they had a neutral "meh" face to judge these.

Bought one for Christmas heated it per website instructions could not eat it . Paid a lot of money for a ham that couldnt be salvaged for even bean soup tossed it will never go back. It was like jerkey.
