The food was good it was the work attire that was distracting.The workers need to wear gloves when preparing food. A few workers stepped outside only to come in and only one washed their hands before going back to work. The cooks need to wear gloves when preparing food on the Little Ceasers side as well. The ladies need to wear their hair up under the hats. I witnessed a preparer scratching her neck while getting an order together. This would just add to be sanitary conditions in the work place. Its Chicken Shack and Little Ceasers together! Chickens great, but a little small in size. Maybe should have let those chickens grow a little more. Not the absolute best, but far far from the worst! Fish is also smaller in size, its cod, but seems like a big smelt. Still great tasting though. Ribs are tasty! portions are normal. For the money, you cant beat this place. Oh, and Little Ceasers is good too! It does seem like the pizza here is slightly better than most other Ceasers though.

Beware if they tell you to wait for your food, these people misplace orders and forget about you. I waited for 30 minutes after paying for wings & fries, I saw others come & go, only to find out that they had forgotten about my order. This is down right stupidity.... And another time, I waited about the same time for chicken, they had probably forgotten even then. Ill never get myself to eat here again....

Waited on the phone on hold for 15 minutes -by then I was @Chicken Shake & went through the speedy drive up to window only to b ed told to pull overy a d they would bring the good out. 20 minutes later no service. I will now never come here.

Livonia location: Food is good but very small portions. I do not understand why you cannot get (2) thighs instead of a leg and thigh for a 2 pc dark meat order. Like the food but will probably stay with Famous. Better portions over there!!

I didnt like much about the food. It was hot, but it was bland and nasty. My chicken and fish was over cooked. The potatoes were ok. Didnt even get condiments or napkins.

IT always takes forever for the chicken, but it is SO worth it! Plus they threw in some bread for the wait, which made my daughter happy! win win! :)
