First of all I LOVE FIVE GUYS! That is what stinks about this location...My first experience with Five Guys was here and I almost NEVER ate at the franchise again. The burger was sloppily thrown together and poorly wrapped. By the time I got my food home it had fallen apart completely and the fries everyone raves about, were undercooked and soggy. Luckily there is a good Five Guys by my work and I gave it a shot over a year later it was great and I have been back to that location several times. I figured it was time to give this location a try again last Saturday and you can read above because the experience was exactly the same...My order was incorrect, fries were undercooked and soggy, they double wrapped my wifes burger which was nice but the foil was not even completely around mine, by the time I got home, the soggy undercooked fries were covered with the toppings from my burger and the bag was so soggy it fell apart. To be fair they were busy and the staff was nice. They gave me a free fry and apologized for messing up the order...too bad the free fry along with the others were ruined and undercooked. Friendly staff bad experiences.

If you like burgers and havent been here I think youre missing out on one of the best. The burgers are grilled on a hot flat top, perfectly done with nice crisp crust. The bun is also toasted on the grill. They have whatever topping you might want, except curiously they dont have olives (is that a Michigan thing?). The burger is topped as you want it and then wrapped in foil and tossed in a brown paper sack. The fries are also as good as they get, fried in peanut oil to perfection. If you order a small fry youll get enough fries for two people. Definitely one of the usual places in my lunch rotation with work buddies.

Dont go here when its remotely busy - like lunch- or dinner-time or other obvious times that you might be hungry. I ordered two hamburgers and a hot dog with family today at lunch. The employees were screaming and yelling in that Five Guys way and after ~20 minutes when the food finally came out, THE ORDER WAS WRONG. We had waited so long for the food, we ate it anyway. Tip: Cut out the "cute" hollering and focus on getting the orders right.

Burger was one of the best Ive ever had, and I could eat their fries for every meal for the rest of my days! Every element of the burger just pulls together perfectly, from the bacon to the patty to all the toppings, and the fries taste so fresh its almost unbelievable! They have the Coca Cola Freestyle machine there which has every combination of coke products in the country, very cool. Definitely an environment for repeat business!

Very underwhelming. After being hyped up by everyone finally went. Burger tasted fresh and not processed garbage like you would find at fast food restaurant. But it didnt have much flavor. The jalapenos didnt have any heat to them, the grilled onions tasted nasty. Everyone went on about the portion of the fries you get, but for the price, you could go to McDonalds and get two large fries. +1 for the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine

Five Guys is good where ever you go. I went to the Auburn Hills location and it wasnt busy at all. Usually, all their locations are naturally busy, but we must have went at an in-between time. The staff was very enthusiastic and made our food very well. I just wish the prices were down a couple of dollars - but the food is worth it in some rights. I get the bacon cheese dog with nothing else on it. Cant beat it.

First time trying this very hyped up burger joint. I have to say it definitely lived up to the hype. Burger was cooked perfectly, and loaded with very high quality toppings. Fries were off the charts too! Havent had a quick burger this good in years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if youve never tried.

Friendly staff, clean place, and a fresh, delicious burger. Only complaint is that if you are only buying for yourself, you have to pay for their "regular" fries, which are enough for 2-3 people. Also if you go when it is really busy there may not be enough tables.

First time eating their burger. My family loves the burger and fries. The bacon cheese dog was yummy, bacon was crispy. The fries was a great portion but just a bit salty for me just me though since I dont like to eat my meals too salty.

Each time I have visited I have encountered a very nice staff. The tables are sometimes messy, and I dont understand why they make such a big deal about the fries. I enjoy the burgers, dont understand the terrible fries.

Burgers were delicious. Toppings were crisp and flavorful. The cashier who took our order was very kind and pleasant. Those cooking behind the counter were sporadically singing to the music, making the atmosphere fun.

The fact of being able to choose your toppings makes me happy when eating at Five Guys. My favorite combination: Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo, tomato, grilled onion, pickles, BBQ-sauce and jalapeños.
