Despite all the negative comments I thought Id give Pizza Hut a chance for redemption. I placed and order online with an on-line special deal for $15.99. Each time I tried to pay, it charged me $17.99 plus delivery with a total of over $20. I made sure I didnt order anything extra. Frustrated, I called Pizza Hut to ask why I was being charged an additional $2.00. The only response he gave me was, "I dont know what to tell you. We cant give deals over the phone." Thanks a lot for waiting my time. Poor, poor customer service. I will not buy from there ever again. There are too many other places with much better service.

I have to say that I am a huge pizza hut fan, but I will never again go ro the pizza hut in strongsville ohio. Our waitress has only seen us one time our visit. She took ten min for our drinks, and a half hour later, I had to go to the counter to ask for our appitizer, which our waitress did not dwliver, nor did she bring out our pizza that was wrong, or apoligize for not even writing down our order. However another employee was very nice, and at least came over to our table and apoligized and made us a new free pizza. I reallly would nvr eat here again

Pizza arrived 30 minutes late & was cold. Driver forgot our soda, called the store 3 times. The first time I was put on hold for five minutes and then disconnected. The second time I was put on hold for 12 minutes and was then disconnected. The third time I held for eight minutes before someone answered, after I explain to them what would have happened they asked me what I expected them to do. I will never go back here again. The entire transaction was a disaster. Plus I spent $35 for cold, hard pizza that taste like greasy cardboard.

Went in to place a carryout order for one large pizza. Person after person walked in complaining about under cooked pizza and the manager had to give them refunds and recook them. A family sat down in the dining room and no one came to their table to take their order so they placed one to go. I would have just walked out. There seemed to only be a manager, cook and order taker named Sean working. Sean seemed very overwhelmed and needed more help. He was flustered, short with the customers and practically threw the receipt at me.

They cleaned the place up since I was there a few years ago. Also possibly new staff. The pizza is what I expect from a PH, which is loads better than its been at that location in the past. Service was nice also, but we went after dinner rush, so the waitress was cool and interacted with the kids. Take out and delivery has improved also. Swore a few years ago that Id never go or order from there again, but Im sold on the change and will continue to do business there. Hope theres not a relapse.

Ive given this Pizza Hut chance after chance and each time its a let down. First, they got my order wrong so I had to sit while they made a new pizza. Second time, the pizza had virtually no sauce on it whatsoever. And the third, and final time, they burned the bottom of the pizza but gave it to us anyway. Didnt realize it was burned until I ate it at home. I usually I am a diehard fan of Pizza Hut, but this one is just so bad. Ill be sticking with Marcos and Sorellas from now on.

An order was placed and charge card used. When pizza was delivered, we were rudely told (by David at Pizza Hut) we never gave charge info and needed to pay. By the time we gave another charge and got our pizza from driver, it was cold. Plus, they DID charge the first time, when we had called it in. Although it was refunded, we were treated rudely without any apology.

Guy who took order was ok. ..except when I ordered the wings he didnt say they were going to be boneless!!!! Hate boneless wings!!! Pizza was the worst Ive ever seen. Cold... too much everything...just nasty!!! Plus phone guy said 30 min ...more like and hour...never will order from here again!!!!

This place is TERRIBLE! The waitress took 15 minutes to get our drinks, the buffet had no food for 30 minutes....at which point we got fed up and left. There wasnt even salad. There were quite a few other upset customers that were complaining as well. Overall my worst restaurant experience EVER!

havent been for years but i did go recently and the place is looking up! there is all new faces! everyone seems to try and help as much as they can i did notcie that they do get busy sometimes and on that note they need more people working so noone is overwhelmed!

Place Is horrific !!!! they delivered my order to wrong address , when They finally noticied they had done that! They went back to the wrong address and picked it up!! I received my pizza HALF EATEN and COLD! Disgusting disgusting

Extremely incompetent reps when you call in... no lie! On hold for 10 mins. then the call in center rep had no clue of the new line of pizzas and basically pissed me off to the point of hanging up..

Got our drinks and order wrong. The waiter took off a part of our bill to fix it but somehow messed up over half of an order with only 2 people when we were the only 2 in the restaurant.
