Good grief! Now I know why I stopped coming to this place long ago.The service is unacceptable. In fact, the only reason I went here was because the McDonalds next door had about 14 cars in their drive thru and they were actually blocking traffic to turn in off of Ford Rd! I figured Id save time and go to Burger King. Bad mistake. I pull into Burger King and there are only 3 cars in front of me @ 1:23 pm. Well, were waiting and waiting and not moving and I finally hear someone ask for the 1st vehicles order. Well that was a good sign anyway... I place my order and get to the window at 1:41 pm! what? Almost 20 minutes for 4 cars? Thats ridiculous!!! McDonalds blows you people away and they have 2 drive thrus to handle. Your staff cant even handle one! Get a grip people, you need to figure it out. Im sorry to be rude, but your fries dont even compare and the bun on my Whopper was too hard in some places to even eat. Wow! Once in five years is enough for me. No thanks.

Chicken fries came back middle of last week. I went in, and I hear "we ran out." I thought "okay, it is late in the day and people are pretty stoked." But this location has the slowest employees(most i have seen at any given time is three total), and is the least busy of any Burger King in the area. I had come back today to see if I could get some of these coveted chicken fries. They werent on the menu. They still had their giant window sticker up. But still no chicken fries. I have been disappointed with this location since I moved to Canton in 2012. Never going back

I was expecting to meet the king of all burgers, to request guidance on how to make the best burgers in the world. All I was greeted with were filthy peasants who looked at me like I was insane for requesting their king, one even laughed at me! The king needs to start teaching his peasants how to respect their king and people looking for him.

Such a dump. I know its fast food but my sandwich was slopped together, bread was falling apart. The floors are sticky and tables hardly look clean. For lunch there was no one there so dont know what the staff are so busy with. The service was friendly. Ill stick with the McDonalds the next building over.

Ive been here 4 times and each time I say Im not going back. Today was the last chance. Although the staff are very friendly and the food is made to order, the food is always cold. Today there was a whole bin of fries made and only me and another customer at the restaurant. Should have known better.

It took me 10 minutes to get the breakfast I ordered when I get the food one of the sandwiches was half made meaning that it was missing him on a bacon egg ham and sausage overall experience sucked young girl helping me seems like she was very unhappy with her job wont be going back to this location

I have not been inside only in the drive thru but theyre chicken sandwichs were delicious. And the lady who rang us up used a coupon for us even when we forgot to bring it. I just wish they put enough ranch in it.
