Our surver handled food without gloves and was taking cash. Our sandwich was made wrong. Slow service, it took 8 mins for three items that where small. We saw a manager instead of helping the surver with a speedy service he just walk by to talk with friends in the lobby. Saw another employee with head phones on that looked like he was doing nothing but walking around like he was lost. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to another Burger King.

sadly this burger king is in my neigborhood, and I keep hoping the problems I see are exceptions, but more often than not the place is unclean, smells like an unclean bathroom (in the dining room) and has poor service. When some sort of bug flew at me from behind the counter yesterday, I was done with this particular branch for good. I called the complaint number at one point but it was not answered and I heard nothing back.

The only place where washing your hands will make you dirtier. There is no cleanliness at this place. The rest room is disgusting, the tables are dirty. Given the condition of the resturaunt, I highly doubt that the staff prepares food with care. If Gordon Ramsay saw this place he would commit suicide.

Really lovely service, and everything you expect from a good fast food joint. Food is better than McDonalds and the fries are top notch. I bought the rodeo king on a recommendation, was not prepared for the sheer girth of it. Weighed almost as much as my cat. Please know what youre getting into here.

Quick lunch service. Food was a little on the old side, especially the fries, but the cookies were great. Very clean place for a fast food restaurant. All of the tables were clean and I never find a fast food place with empty tables that are clean.
