[go eat literally anywhere else and youll find better service.] went to the walk up window, stood for 10-15 minutes to wait, then they took 10 minutes to get 3 out of 4 peoples order. the cashier had a very rude tone when she spoke to us (Shanika i believe.) they didnt even bother to get the other guys order. not only dealing with 4 people, they messed up 2 other peoples order and they were waiting in the drive through for a very long time. me and my friend both ordered the same food tickets. they made his, gave him an extra hot dog for no reason (which took forever to get to us.) then, they forget to make my order, another 5 minutes of standing at the window. they ask me whats up and they didnt even make my order.. very disappointing dinner we had to wait on.. the whole time we were waiting outside, we saw one employee just walking around the kitchen in circles with an oil jug, literally walking around in circles while Shanika was on her phone while working drive through lol waiting 30 minutes for a single meal combo was not very ideal.

Its not the food, my husband and kids are in love with the food, its an employee who is a terrible embarrassment. I dont know his name, however have had a few dealings with him that if I know hes there, I wont go get food there. Hes a white guy with huge holes in his ear and a big gap in his manners and really should be ashamed of his awful conduct and poor hygene. Now theres one man who I love to see, hes a tall man with great personallity and I like his ways. I think hes a manager and is very kind and patient. The guy with the holes in his ears is vulgar and rude. Not that his behaviour outside of work should affect my review of Checkers, but when hes wearing your uniform, he is an embassador for your company and should really manage himself better when he goes into a place of opperation where potential customers may be.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and made sure that my food, even though it could have been readily available, was freshly cooked. They took the extra mile while cooking my food to inform me of the timeline and were very efficient, even sending multiple employees to update me on my order status while waiting. I would highly recommend this establishment for those looking for a fast food experience with employees who were both competent, intelligent and enthusiastic about making even the smallest detail important to a drive-through customer. I wish I would have taken down the names of the workers this evening so that I could have informed the manager of the fantastic service that I received. Thank you.

It didnt have tables inside, only some outside that ypi couldnt hide from the really hot sun. In order to get our food we had two options: drive through, or walk through. Both were s l o w. We chose the walk through, so we can eat in one of the outside tables for a few minutes but we regret it. The person who took our order probably was busy because there were two more orders from the walkthrough and I dont know if he was taking care the drive through as well. I cannot say he was rude but he was not polite fore sure. Definitely not welcoming place. Two stars just because it is a chain, so food was same with other checkers- good for the price. Milk shake was really good!!!

Customer service is usually horrible. Seems we have to pull teeth to be allowed to use a coupon . I used to go a few times a week because I love the fries so much. I swore them off last week when the little girl took a long time to get my order then when I got to the window, i witnessed her REdropping fries (putting old fries back in the fryer to make them hot). Customers deserve better than that , especially when the only thing good about the place IS THE FRIES.

Computer system was down. Employee was very unprofessional and unclear as to whether or not I could order. Pulled through to the next window, another employee answered the window and was unclear too. After trying to get an answer about whether or not they were open the original employee, the lady working at 10pm on 9/29/15 yelled "tell him we cant take his order" in a very irritated tone. I expect better and more respectful communication from all employees.

Awful service. Went through the drive through and ask if I could get a large fry with my meal and was given an attitude and ask if I was gonna order anything or not before I even had a chance to respond. I responded that I would if youd give me a chance and placed my order hesitantly. Shanika was at the window and was complaining about me and all but ignored me and they my food out the window

The workers were very nice but I ordered the 4 for $3 with a burger with lettuce, tomato and ketchup only (no cheese). I had to repeat my order 5 times before he got it right. They tried to give me just a burger. I had to tell them I ordered the 4 for $3. They finally gave me my full order but when I left I opened my bag and they had given me a cheeseburger with everything.

I have gone to this location quite a few times over the last few months and they have gotten our orders wrong every single time, without fail. Most of the time we only order regular checkerburgers, sometimes fries. We never know what well get. Will it have pickles? No pickles? Will it have cheese? No cheese? Mix and match usually...

Bacon checkerburger with cheese on menu board for 2 for $4. Not here!!! Paid $5.56 for two. Tried explaining to order taker and she said no I was wrong. Then they had zero drinks including bottled water! Left and started eating burger..NO bacon on one.....paid an extra $.89 for nothing! Never going back here!

The two women that came to the front window were extremely pleasant, even when I wasnt paying attention and one of them had to repeat my order again right after she had just done so. The food was great and they remembered everything I asked for. Super awesome experience today.

This place is absolutely terrible, torn down and tattered. The staff is so rude and will almost certainly make your food wrong or give you something you didnt even order. give some TLC into your hiring process and just the overall look of the building.

The sign said 4 for $3 cheese Checkerburgers, which means to me 4 sandwiches for $3. What it is supposed to mean per the employee is one cheeseburger plus drink, fries, and apple pie. False advertising and they really should be made to honor the sign.

I have ordered from their drive thru twice and each time my order was not what I paid for. And each time my order was taken by Kimberly. And when I called the store to complain to the manager I was told they was busy and they hung up in my face

Service is unbelievable and not in a good way,they stand around and talk while ur waiting in the drive thru they are extremely disrespectful years ago checkers was my spot now its just disgusting!!!!
