I love Burger King! Not the ones in Springfield though. When I am in Xenia, Ohio I go there and enjoy fresh hot crispy everything, flame broiled burgers with juiciness. Unfortunately, in my hometown of Springfield they have inconsistent staff, and overcook amounts of food leaving them tasting like the brand, but like an after taste of over stored food in warmers. You can tell under cleaned equipment, and solutions (Grease, Oil, Mayo, rinsed off chemical used to clean broilers and holding units) are used for cooking and condiments. Times of holds are not utilized and temps must be off or not properly stored.

was there on 10/26/16, ordered 3-10 piece nuggets and a double cheeseburger, yeah, it was 1 a.m. and they had to make new nuggets, no problem...I paid 7.15 and only got 2-10 piece nuggets and double cheeseburger....Didnt think with no one else even there, that I should have to double check my bag, he even asked what sauces I needed...and now they dont even answer the phone...

Im still disappointed by their new fries. I also will never be the same without their cheesy tots. I loved those things!!! RIP cheesy tots!! Never doubt that you were loved!!

The girl forgot my bacon but its okay she was nice and polite she fixed it quick and afterwards i talked to her and she was new so I understood. Good food fast service
