We ordered carryout today from the Taneytown Pizza Hut. It was by far the worst pizza I have EVER had. Ive had better pizza from a gas station! I paid $32 for two stuff crust pizzas both of which were under cooked and soggy. My kids were starving so I put the pizzas back in the oven to finish cooking them. This made the cheese pizza edible, but there was no salvaging the meat lovers one. It stayed a soggy mess. So I called Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager - some manager! When I explained how bad the pizza was I got "okay". No Im sorry or well make you another one. When I picked up the pizza I noticed that there was only one couple eating in even though it was dinner time - I guess this should have been a clue that the food as well as the service is awful! Lesson learned....wont be going there again. If I can find the owner information I will give them an ear full.

Called the first time and placed an order. We waited two hours and got nothing. I called back and asked what happened and they said we never placed an order, after telling them we did they put in the order again and offered us no discount. Again we waited over an hour and a half and didnt even get the driver we requested. I was p!ssed..... I called and asked for management, she offered a discount under our name and the next time an order was placed they said we dont have a discount. Thanks to the crappy management and hormone fueled teenage staff they lost four customers.... GET IT TOGETHER!

This place seems to make mistakes more than the average pizza Hut and I have no idea why. I cant tell you how many times theyve forgotten an item or while dining in we have been rushed out by our server. The finally tipping point for me on this place however was when we left a 3 dollar tip on our card the last time but upon checking our account saw that we had a 13 dollar tip taken out.

Pizza shows up wrong, no cheese, no sauce looking like it was made yesterday and reheated... pasta looks dried out and gross. Breadsticks are hard as a rock. Disgusting. This is not a one time thing either. Pizzas show up with wrong toppings, or not what you ordered, or just nasty like this one.

Our experiences quite different than the other 2 reviews. The service was great, the food was prompt and we enjoyed our visit. I am also including an update for 2016. The decor gas been update with new carpet, tables, booths. Etc. The service was prompt on a Friday night.

They normally have great deals for online carryout orders. However, I have had a number of issues with consistency here. The food tends to be perfect pizza hut quality when one particular manager is there. Otherwise it is hit or miss.

Food was horrible, service was not friendly, and we waited for an hour for the pizza... NEVER AGAIN. Dont think of using the bathroom either, might as well not have toilets.
