Horrible. I had server named grant at this location tonight. We asked 5 times for napkins, and he just wasted time chit chatting with other servers. He dropped my friends cake and gave to her, drop bits of my other friends food. Kept pressuring one of the for refills after she said no 4 times.The burger was burnt and there was hair in the ice cream. They made my brownie wrong , it supposed to have raspberry in the middle but the poured on the side of the plate it didnt slide off it either, so I couldnt get it with a fork. We finally asked another server for napkins and he kindly got them right away. Our server was so rude we put wrote zero for tip. My mom tried splitting the meal with a card and a twenty. He comes back with the money , that was supposed to in the register but instead it was in the check booklet. My mom went to use the restroom and the server came back and said are you all done. I noticed the money was still there so I said Ill wait for my mo to get back. He sees the cash and asks again before my mom gets back, and tries to grab it I put my hand down on top and said no not yet. When my mom came back I tried to explain to her this, should I grab the twenty. She said oh no , its split between the card and cash. So he heres that takes the bill, then go brag how we just gave him a twenty dollar tip. When we didnt , we wanted it split and he charges the card from the full amount then puts the twenty in his pocket.

This was the worse expiernce I have had in a long time at a restaurant. From the moment I walked in there it was ruse service. The hostess had a huge attitude problem. I asked how long the wait was looking like, with huge attitude she replied "Ugh, I dont know, a long time!" Then she rolled her eyes at me. She asked my name as I was giving her my name she set the clipboard down and just walked away. A different hostess had to write my name down. Then after a 34 min wait two separate parties of two that had come in after me were seated. So again I asked, "Im sorry but how much longer is the wait? Two parties of two were just seated and theres only two of us as well." The reoky I got was "Oh yea we skipped over you." No aplogy what soever. We spoke to a female manager and nothing was done about it. We felt as if our concern was ignored. Waited another 40 min or so for our meal. Burgers were soggy and cold. Unsatisfied all around. Then our waitress brought us our bill stood there and waited for payment and said here Ill take this and just took the gift card out of my hand before I had the entire payment ready. She came back and asked for the rest of the bill. Nothing like feeling rushed! Horrible horrible experience needless to say I will NOT be returning to the novi location anytime soon! Very unsatisfied customer

I just had my worst dining experiance in 16 years here. The workers are unorganized and fail to complete simple responsabilities/tasks any idiot could accomplish without any great feat, for example getting me a cup of water. They also fail to communicate with eachother, so me and my family waited for 30 minutes before getting our drink orders in because the waiter whom we had wasnt informed he was to serve us. We also had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby to be seated, with 2 other groups that came in after us getting seated befire us and half the restruant being empty the workers had the audacity to lie to us about the tables being filled. To top that the fries were obviously old and the food not fresh. My grandmothers simple burger consisting of the meat, a gluten-free bun, cheese, and lettace was even messed up. The cheese was missing, the lettace was probably found in the trash before being put atop the desert dry hamburger. Very bad service and food. I wish the rest of my family was with me when i suggested we do not pay the bill and walk out. The waiter recieved a tip of one single penny, for the effort of pulling excuses out from where our food more than likely originated.

I love Red Robin, but this was the worst I have ever been to. First thing I see when taking my wife and parents into the restaurant is a waitress flicking off another employee. I should have immediately turned around and left. We stayed. :( The floor was dirty. The music was loud and obnoxious, but sometimes also switched to interviews which clashed with our own conversations. Almost every single item we ordered from appetizers to main dishes was screwed up somehow. They fixed everything we asked them to, but come on... 15 strikes and you are out. My parents had never been to a Red Robin and my wife and I wanted to show them how great it is. It didnt work out that way. The thing is, we arent a vocal bunch. None of us are the "squeaky wheel" that makes a scene, gets the free stuff and comped meal or dessert. They endured the crappy environment, cold food, bad service, payed for it, smiled, and then left. The thing is, they just wont be back. The string of recent bad reviews makes me think this wasnt just a fluke or a bad day. Stay away from this location until they get new management and/or their act together.

We initially picked Red Robin because we attempted to go to the TGI Fridays next door but had decided to leave because of terrible service (waiting 20 minutes for a server on a very slow day). Red Robin on the other hand was pretty full, but we were seated immediately and Bianca was at our table for our drink order in just a couple of minutes. Already the service was leagues better. The food was great as always and Bianca, who was clearly busy, still found time to check on us regularly. She was super friendly too! Red Robins customer service is something my friends and I can always count on.

This is pretty much like the other red Robin locations, except there is more seating along the kitchen and the kitchen staff can be very loud. (Do not let them seat you by the kitchen). The service is really hit or miss. Ive had some very good servers, as well as the worst Ive ever had. It seems at this location that they assign one server to a table. The Livonia location is much better with consistently great service, and the servers work very well as a team ensuring you have what you need. If you are between the two if recommend you go to Livonia.

Bottomless root beer floats are a huge plus! Pretty standard for a Red Robin, good burgers, bottomless fries and various drinks. I like the decoration and the food is yummy but theres nothing special here. We basically just chewed and flew (after paying of course). The wait staff was very timely, but it was also pretty dead. Update: This establishment has been very hit or miss. After living in the area for a while I cant honestly recommend going here if you want a quality or reasonably priced meal.
