It took 30mins to get a fry refill. I asked for a second basket of fries since they are bottomless, but after 15mins I had finished my sandwich and decided to use the restroom. I came back 4 minutes later and there still were not fries. My server came by and said she brought them, but then a bussboy took them since I was gone. Again, I was away 4mins. So I said I still wanted them and the server put an order in. 6 minutes later a manager overheard me tell my server I would need a box since it had been so long since I ordered them I had to go. The manager said she was sorry then left and immediately returned with fries and a box. So if its possible to retrieve fries that quickly, why did this all take so long? Especially after they realized the screwed up. It was really frustrating, especially since it ruined an otherwise good restaurant experience.

Service was slow and without enthusiasm at the bar. Turkey burger was burnt. Ordered it bunless, according to the menu it would be served wrapped in lettuce, it was not. It was served with shredded brown lettuce on the side. I also ordered sliced avocado (typical topping included with a turkey burger anywhere else, not at Red Robin) and cheese, burger showed up without this. The bartender went back in the kitchen and brought out the worlds smallest portion of smashed, not sliced avocados. On top of that, the menu suggests: "customize your burger with any toppings". Yet, there is no mention of any charge for doing this let alone a list if available toppings. I was hungry and after waiting over 30 minutes for my food I did not have time to complain. I just ate it and got out of there and will not return.

Thinking if I go to Westland Red Robin the services will be better. Boy was I wrong. Well the waitress greet us wright away so thinking we good. Down hill after that. App was the fried pickles but I didnt know it came with fries. She said its new. OK! Just thinking that a lot of French fries because I order a sandwich with fries. Next, she spilled some of my husband drink on the table and walked away. She go to the next table. After she walked away from that table I ask can I get a napkin you spilled his drink. She gave me a napkin and walked away. For real OK cool. Last problem when we got our food and the French fries was cold. Im DONE! It took 10 minutes for hot fries. So BAD SERVICES AND FOOD! Go where I know Dearborn Red Robin! That is All!

I havent been to Red Robin in over 10 years but my son really likes this place so I decided to take him for lunch since he had a half day of school it was nice they remodeled and our server was really nice and the food tasted fine but we arrived their about 12:40 and I had to be at work by 2.....so from the time we got our food ate and lefted ......by 1:50 while at work before my shift started at 2 pm I was throwing up my lunch and was miserable for the rest of the day.....so unfortunately I wont be going back its just to much of a waste of money. ...

The food was AMAZING!!! Super HOT and super fast service! The waitress was on top of everything! My husband treated our family for an outing and we were given the best service! Never did we run out of bottomless drinks or bottomless fries! She constantly asked if we needed anything and never let us run out or go without anything! PAMELA WAS AN AMAZING WAITRESS!!! The different art and fun stuff on the walls kept our kids attention including mine,and the place was clean and well kept! A bit on the pricey side but in the end I think it was worth it!

I give red robins a three because some of the staff is wonderful, the woman who works the floor on wednesdays nights is amazing and never fails to make me smile. But sadly if we sit at the high tops we are served by antonio who frankly, is not a very good server. He is very inattentive and quite rude, doesnt smile and makes us wait quite some time for refills or anything else we order. The majority of my group has decided to go to tgi fridays for now on. We are very disappointed.

I dont like to say this but I was very unhappy for the third time with Red Robin burgers have a bad taste evertime its like they are trying too hard to fake a flame broiled burger taste. Same thing Burger King dose. They did try to make it right. With a second burger and it way over cooked. Tasted like when you use charcoal with charcoal fighter fluid and start cooking too soon and you get the taste of the starter fluid in the meat. At least The frys were ok not great.

I honestly wouldve given five stars, however my last experience was very bad. The food was cooked improperly and way too much sauce. Then neither myself or my girlfriend could even eat more than a few bites because it was so awful and we still had to pay for one of the sandwiches. Outside of this Absolutely awful experience, I have loved this Red Robin since I was a kid. Could use a little work on the customer service though.

Great burgers and drinks... Lots of TVs for watching sports and a staff which has greatly improved from a few years ago (maybe when this place was given a physical update they updated the management also... I stopped eating there years ago due to the poor service). UPDATE December 02, 2016: This location is still doing great. The service is consistently good with an attentive staff.

This particular location is really great compare to the one in Dearborn I have been going here at Westland for almost 7 years with my husband and children. The food is outstanding every time both dining in or take out. Sometimes they are very busy and I totally understand I dont mind because of the food. I can not even compare this food with anyone elses. Thank you RR.

Nate was our server, HE IS THE BEST. THANK YOU NATE. our burgers were cooked perfect, fries as always were the bomb! What I really loved was the option of bottomless broccoli. I mean who does that? I will always eat at our neighborhood Red robin! Thank you for your customer service Nate and whoever cooked my food that day, it was the Best!

Tonight was the second night visiting Red Robin and unlike the first time the service was terrible. The only good thing I could say is that the waitress was trying to do her best and gave us an apology. Hostesses, cooks and other wait-staff were all goofing around and gossiping. Food was alright but took forever.

Very nice waiter I wanted well done fries and so did my mother and since they are bottom less fries he brought out 2 extra baskets n we were wondering why he came and told us that it takes ten extra minutes to get well done fries and he didnt want us to have to wait for them if we wanted more

I had the most wonderful experience at Red Robin today. Brian was our waiter and he did a fantastic job! He kept the bottomless fries and salad coming and made sure my party of (4) had full drinks at all times. He was the best waiter we have ever had at Red Robin. Very impressed!
