One of the better fast food burger places around. I got takeout which happened to be a single bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and fries. The burger was really good. Cooked nicely to a medium-well ( would have preferred a little bit rarer but this works just as good ) but for $7.19 its a bit lacking. More bacon or meat on the burger would of been great. I understand that there is a double size but that costs even more. My whole complaint is that for the price Im paying I feel like I am not getting as much as I should. Also a little minor complaint is the burn logo mark makes the bun have this weird texture in that specific area. The price and a small burn mark are the only bad things to an otherwise perfect burger. My burger came in a container that had raw onions in it. For me thats not so much of a problem but for someone who could have an allergic reaction to specific ingredients this can be a major problem. I didnt mind it but something like this should never happen. I got also what they call a cry + fry which is onion rings and hand-cut fries. Both of these things were fantastic. Its almost impossible to find a good onion ring from a fast food joint. These were perfection and they also give you a good serving of fries. For the quality and amount that you get it is completely worth $5.77. I find kind of peculiar that youre also able to order craft beers. Its something that I did not order this trip but I would consider it in a Future run. I guess my only the thing I would like to mention is that they charged $2.77 for a ~half liter of soda. The mark up for softdrinks is so much higher than other restaurants and even fast food places. I would be curious to see what the food cost percentage is just for drinks alone. Overall this place is light years better than five guys. My whole issue with this fast food restaurant is the cost and it makes sense considering that they use Angus beef. I will definitely come back but it most likely will not be a regular thing. $18 bucks for a single Burger and fries is a bit steep.

I am comparing this to five guys in my review: 1. Taste: I tried the regular burger and fries and the food was ok tasting and on mild side and not very flavorful. Nothing spectacular about the food I tried. I love five guys over this any day. No Cajun seasoning option for fries here. They have bun less hand cut lettuce bun option as well and a special sauce on their burgers which was ok tasting. The bun comes stamped with the company name/logo grilled onto it. They have some special fries with a bunch of toppings as well. 2. Prices: similar to five guys but a lot more topping options and some options cost money for instance grilled mushroom cost money where five guys gives all toppings for free. They have garlic aioli, eggs and other fancy toppings as well. 3. Service: below par compared to five guys. One person on counter and had to wait 5 minutes while three cooks staring/smiling/waiting on me to place order. Customer service was not friendly and attentive. Did not feel very welcome. 4. Overall: they claim to be healthy and use no antibiotics in meat and from freely roaming cows. but I was disappointed to see soft drinks and GMO Heinz ketchup which five guys carries too but I expected more healthier drink and condiment options. Nothing special for me and I am not going back to eat there. Note: they use peanut oil just like five guys does so caution for people and kids with allergies.

My daughter and I are not from this area, we had been at the Hospital for a couple of hours getting a cast put on and we were hungry when we got out. Happy to see BurgerFi was right there (practically in the same parking lot) we stopped to eat. We had never heard of this place before and it looked to be a healthier place to eat; if you wanted a burger and we did. Plus, seeing that you could get ice cream or shakes at the same place was awesome! We had great service, great food and the place was very clean. Funny store is...the glass window in front of the ice cream station was so clean that my daughter and I didnt even realize it was there and she walked right into it! Lol She wasnt hurt, more embarrassed, probably because she had her eyes feasted on the shake they had just made for her and she never saw the window. When we left there, full and with to-go boxes we said to each other..."We are definitely coming back here again when the cast comes off!" And we did. Plus we brought food home for my husband to try because it was so good. Weve been there about 3-4 times now and will continue to go back when we are in the area. I think we saw there was a BurgerFi in Ann Arbor but weve never stopped there. We will keep our great memories where they are for now. Thank you BurgerFi.

Pink meat is never okay. I know they are great because they are without a doubt my second favorite restaurant. We have all glanced at an attractive person/people throughout our lives, its life. But with the great atmosphere that weve seen & great experiences weve had at BurgerFi this one just wasnt it. Our first stop from the airport and our appetites were through the roof..long story short we arrived home and learned the hard way that our burgers werent at all being watched long enough but rather my girlfriend was. The cook was doing the opposite of his job "that day". (15-50 glances, who cares! but staring for almost mins at a time becomes weird ecspecially when your suppose to be watching the food you are about to serve to a family). Big disappointment.

I give the food a 4(liked it) and the service from the EMPLOYEES a 3(it was ok) however, my first experience with this restaurant was not so pleasurable because there was a lady who "knew the owner" that made me feel real uncomfortable in this establishment, I wasnt in there 10 seconds before she asked me "can I help you with this place?" and I asked her "do you work here? and she said "No but I know the owner" and proceeded to call the owner over there(who was a pretty cool guy) and that experience was just uncomfortable and weird seeing that I was really just wanted to look around before being forced by someone who didnt even work there to buy something. Food was great, service was ok but I definitely didnt feel welcomed by someone who "knew the owner"

This place just opened so we decided to give it a try. Its a little pricy for burgers but I guess thats what you get for eco-minded chain serving grass-fed beef burgers. They also serving beer/wine and hot dogs. The burgers were pretty good but not the best one that we had. Staff was friendly and nice. Would we go back ? Probably if we were in the area but I wouldnt go out of my way just to go there. I would still recommend to try it. No gluten free buns, youll have to order it "green" and the fries are fried in the same oil as the onion rings. When I asked for gluten free options they said that they cant guarantee it because of the high risk of cross contamination. If you are celiac or gluten sensitive this is not a good option.
