Killed Fromafar
Went to Urbana for work and decided to hit BK on the way back out of town. My drive-thru order was this: 2 single stackers add pickle, 8 pc chicken tenders, side salad w/ranch, med diet coke no ice. This is what I got: no pickles or sauce on the stackers, no dipping sauce for the tenders, no dressing and the coke was full of ice. Really??? I went back in to get dressing and dipping sauce but didnt bother mentioning the sandwiches or drink errors. The employee was very apologetic and looked really tired so thats why I gave them a 2 star instead of just one. I eat out constantly and have seen a huge decline in service and quality in recent years. And not just at BK.
