In every review I never complain. Honestly, Worst place.. Foolish people at the telephone.. Screws up every order every time.. Fully incompetent... Staff all dont care. After messing up my order they would not make me a new one after out of anger, i said Im coming to get my food.. I gave a simple request and reaffirmed it, but simple ghetto incompetence prevailed.. They were 2 hours late.. I cant make this stuff up. What a ratty place.. Such awful people, employees, and service.. I would not suggest this place unless you are desperate. Plus they dont wear gloves when making food. Phone is always off the hook because they dont even know how to end a phone call properly. Blahh soggy fatty garbage...

I will never order from this place again. First things first I ordered online and it gave me a total of 17.48 when the driver drops off his receipt say 21 dollars. I payed him the 21 dollars anyways and we proceed to sit down and eat dinner with our 1 year old to then find out that the calzone was not cooked the meat was cold and the cheese was not even melted. I called to then complain and he says he will give me a credit. I explain I do not want a credit because I will not be ordering from here again after arguing with the manager he decided to then send me another calzone because he will not refund me my money. We will see how this calzone goes. First and last time I will ever order from this place.

My Family and I had very enjoyable time eating at Rustica Pizza. The pizza is the best in Boston, and I recommend it highly. Here are other items I recommend to get, the egg plant, the chicken Ceaser rap. My daughter had the egg plant, now she whats to eat at Rustica every night, and order the egg plant. Thanks again for opening up in our neighborhood. Great food and great people Jean & Family

a small business that does it right. I had a total Foodler mess up and this small pizza place not only made it right, but went above and beyond. I order food from them at least twice a month and up to 4 times a month. Their pizza is awesome. And I gotta say they have in fact made the best pizza i have had twice while in Boston. ( it has been 13 years)

I just ordered an Italian hoagie and it was horrible. Italian hoagies come with lettuce and tomatoes. There was no ham or any of the other meats associated with an Italian hoagie except for a piece of salami. Last time I checked Italian hoagies didnt come with bologna on them. I posted a picture but its not showing up. I wonder why?

I just came by Pizza Rustica; their service-oriented staff deliver quality food.The interior has a M warm atmosphere visually. I would be interested to see how the atmosphere would be completed if they invited live musicians or offered specialty desserts. Overall, my stop to Pizza Rustica this evening was an enjoyable experience.

I went in there today to order lunch. I wanted to wash my hands first and the employee refused to let me use the restroom. I have ordered food there twice before and both times my order was completely wrong! I will NEVER go into this establishment again!

This place has blown me away. I had no idea that this level of pizza was any where besides the north end and Italy! Super impressed! Portions are perfect, as well as the curb appeal of the pizza. Really glad I have a new place now!!

Do not order. We ordered a pizza and was told 45-50 minutes. An hour and a half and 2 calls later we tried to cancel and were told we cant. The food is meh. The service sucks.
