Accidentally ordered from this location when we meant to order from a different pizza factory. We told them the address, and there was no issue. They did NOT tell us they could not deliver to our location. We had to call them back to let them know it was the wrong location.... because the driver called stating they could not find our address. Whoever spoke on the phone was rude, degrading and unprofessional and just handed the phone to someone else. Spoke to the manager who was also rude and unprofessional saying he would not give a refund and hung up on us!! We had to keep calling back! Avoid this place if you are looking for a respectful establishment to get your food. These people have no idea how to run a business based off customer service. Nasty!

The customer service with the manager, trying to resolve a mistake on THEIR end was a disappointing and unprofessional experience. I can NOT believe this man thought it was ok to speak to a customer the way he did. He definitely should not have the position as a manager seeing as he is not qualified for the customer service needed in the pizza/food business. I really hope someone p*sses in your cereal tomorrow sir, youre well deserving!

Absolute best pizza on the north shore! Steak tips are fantastic and everything is fresh, from the creative salads to the delicious wraps. The kitchen and store front are kept clean and immaculate and the owners and staff give great customer service. If I could have given this restaurant 10 stars, I would have!

The food is very inconsistent. I usually order the same things and some days its delicious and other days its repulsive. It must be because theres a new cook every time I walk in the place. I dont think the help wanted sign has ever been taken off the window.

Equally delicious roast beef as Harrisons for a lower price and available in sub or wrap too. Decent bar style pizza and excellent hot/cold subs and calzones.
