let me start with i dont like to use the word hate but omit this place, went here with lunch colleque and i order no meato bowl : it should be call no eat this bowl! i was thinking it would be like a burrito bowl without meat since im vegetarian! omg this was not only awful but gross and spicy when i got my food i told my colleque this is wrong... he said why becuase i was expecting fresh vegetables and beens and rice...let me explain i got some over cooked veggies on bottom with some hot suace, next mexican rice and it was not fresh it was more spicy not authentic , the black beans which were probably the only thing made right. to finish with wilted spinache .really couldnt even chop it off it was just topped off. so i go back and tell the line person that this order is not right and i pointed out to all the things specifically to the way my spinach looked(wilted) spoke spanish first which was a mistake... she rolled her eyes looked at manage and the manager ask me what was the situation i said your spinach is not fresh and blah...blah...same speel...the manager tells me thats how they send them "i said wilted" thats how they send them....i asked for a replacement like shredded letttuce but food was terrible still... one or two bites and wasted 9.00 chips were good but salsa (tomatoes were on the virge of rotting) ugg. left with less of appetite and less cash!! i will be calling coorporate,funny no number to ask how good we are..wonder why.

I just left there rather abruptly. While waiting on my order to be filled, I noticed a very large roach on its back in the corner. I brought this to the managers attention. She was very unapologetic & responded, "They come from outside." I was bringing my nieces there for lunch. I could not knowingly have my girls eat in a place with roaches. I was just raving to my nieces about how much I love this chain before I got there. Whenever I visit the DMV area, I make my way to one of their locations. The management here is very indifferent. The other sites (Bowie & Gaithersburg) have great customer service. I only gave 1 star bc you have to.

I ordered a quesadilla for delivery. The app made me order it with a "protein," but I left special instructions to just make a cheese quesadilla instead. They did not read these instructions, and it arrived with chicken, and to top it off, they did not include the soda I ordered. I called to try and resolve it, but the phone gave me an internet dial-up sound. I normally enjoy Cal Tor, but I will be avoiding this one in the future.

Food was pretty good but the customer service left something to be desired! Had never ate here and needed some guidance on what I was ordering and what to order, it was slow inside and the girl taking my order didnt smile, didnt offer any advice, and basically seemed to hate her job! Signs say best burritos in the DC area but certainly not best in customer service!

I love the cleanliness and the quality of the food but I dont like the way that the morning cashier over charge me at least 3x before I called her on it, and she asked do you want the .56 cents ( uhh!! I dont care if it was a nickel, its mines and I work hard for my coins)

Walked over with coworkers for some lunch takeout. Service was courteous and timely, back to the office in no time. The food was mediocre, barely any taste - and made me sick, in the bathroom multiple times this afternoon. Not worth the time or money folks.

Southwest salad is no match for Chipotle; the lettuce is (white) iceberg, the chicken is processed, but the chips are good; overall it is not a good investment for $9.

BEST FISH TACOS I have had in many years. I added the Cholula Chipotle sauce to them and ate there 7 times in 3 days. Quesadillas fueron crispy also!!!!
