Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. We were a party of approximately 7 people and personally my first time to BWW. Our server was nice when she seated us but it seemed she was training someone because she was explaining to him what he had to do. She took our drink order and came back with our drinks very quickly. She then took our food order and didnt come back. We waited 40 min. for our food and decided to wait 20 more min. but nothing! So we asked another server. This guy was so rude about us asking for our food. We told him we had been waiting for an hour and our food hadnt come. He responded by saying "Well you have your drinks right?" We couldnt believe the service!!! When he went back to the kitchen it seemed our food had been sitting there for 40 min. He told us this himself. Our food was no where near warm but we had been waiting for and hour and we were all hungry, so we ate the food. We didnt want to complain because we all agreed we were very hungry and ate the food anyways. But apparently the guy who brought our food told the girl who was suppose to be our server that we complained. She then came back to our table extremely upset, throwing cups and spilling stuff all over the table. She even went to the extent of cussing at us and talking about all of us at the table right in front of us. When we complained to the manager he didnt say much just apologized. I can honestly say I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! EVER!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The first time i came here was during nba finals and well the place was really busy and I thought hey the waiter is probably stressed out from all this tables he has to serve and putting up with people and still make sure theyre enjoying there food so i let him slide with his rudeness. Well i decided on labor day weekend to give this place another opportunity so i took my brother to eat and first this place was empty every one was at the bar and only 5 tables were full so yeah you can give yourself an idea of how slow it was well the waitress comes and first very rude asking all this questions that had nothing to do with what was going on then we of course order and she gave attitude to us at that point we were both like weve had enough but we still decided to stay and be calm and eat our food well i guess they spread a rumor about us that literally everyone of the employees there were just staring at us even the cooks in the back were coming out of the kitchen to stare at us and nod there heads in disagreement security as well that was the last straw we had enough we asked for the check and left we didnt even get to drink our soda or take 4 bites on our food i will never come to this place ever i might not walk in at any other Buffalo Wild Wings ever after this experience

Unfortunately I have to select a star to submit a review, lets start of by approaching the establishment. It honestly felt like I was going to a High school party in the ghetto, loud music (which I know music is supposed to be played here pretty high, but not to the point where I cant hear my server). Once inside, were seated and we noticed a pretty large staff with very little to do including serving the very few customers present that day. After 15 minutes of waiting for our server we were finally asked what we wanted to drink. 20 minutes went by and still no drink in sight but yet annoyed by the over staff just standing there doing nothing and also annoyed by the extremely loud music. Finally my wife and I decided weve had enough of the lack of customer service of this HORRIBLE excuse for a wing/beer joint.

As a sports bar, B-dub is a 3-4 star establishment, but as a restaurant, its 1-2 stars, and since my recent trip was primarily food focused, the food definitely mattered. My girlfriend and I both had a small order of traditional wings, the sauces we had were medium, Asian zing, spicy garlic, and bourbon honey mustard, and we split some french fries. They were all okay, the Asian zing was probably the best of the bunch. The chicken itself was a tad dry and for a place that is about wings, it shouldnt be anything less that perfect, especially at the price. After tax and tip, for a dinner for two, we were in for about $40. I certainly wasnt impressed, but if youre looking to pound some beers and watch some games with way too many people in a filthy environment, then this place is great.

Well first off the waiter asked what we wanted to drink we ordered and he never came back. We got the manager to wait on us she was fine. But then we got another waitress she was very moody and seemed like it was her first day on the job. Apart from this bad service at the end of the night when we were ready to pay she hurried us and rolled her eyes as she left. Very unprofessional and extremely rude this BWW was by far the worst i have ever been in and im not a picky person but wow. I would give this place negative stars if i could. If you like to enjoy your weekday nights DO NOT COME HERE!!

My favorite spot. Food is good and staff is awesome. Yes when busy it does take a little longer to get your food but it is worth the wait. Watch most of my football games there. Go usually once a week. My daughter does not like wings and I love the fact that I can bring in outside food for her. Mango Habanero wings are the best, the basket of fries is great. Drinks are also awsome. Kettle chips are my favorite. Ask for an Irish Trashcan, great drink. Tablets are awsome for kids. Cant go wrong kids are happy there and I can enjoy the games. Free Wi-Fi!

I used to enjoy BWW but theyre crippling the staff with the incredible corporate micro management. If youre looking for a homey, mom and pop feel this isnt the place. And by that I mean custom orders, not being charged for every single item. Such as, ranch dressing with your wings. Thats like being charged for mustard for a hot dog. And the latest penny-pinching corporate mandate, is they now weigh the wings, gone are the days of ordering 6, 12, or any set number. I understand this is a for profit business but dont forget about the consumer.

I can name at least 8 other wing spots to go to other than this place. Funny thing is some of those places wouldnt even have wings as a specialty. All the waiters/waitresses seem like theyre lost, maybe a little buzzed, or something. Thought this male host was helpful until he gave me some misinformation that screwed up my bill. The manager with the gauges and tattoo was very helpful towards that. Dont go here unless youre plastered or faded. My two times going here were both terrible experiences.

Great food! Terrible service! We had a large party and have to keep asking to give us straws, as they only remembered yo give straws to couple of us in the party. They also didnt provide napkins until we asked either...they only asked half of our partys order and later came apologizing which shows their poor communication skills. They charge for more ranch and some refills are not free. They just keep bringing more refills and charging you without asking. Not coming here again.
