Where do I start? Panda express is my favorite food but LEAST favorite place to order from, especially in the Denver area. This time I went to the Parker rd and chambers location and dealt with the most difficult server yet. I fully understand that when I go to panda that Im going to be in line for 20 min (even if Im the only person in line) , Ive just accepted it by now. However, the girl who I got was very unprofessional. I told her I wanted the bigger plate which is 3 entrees and side. After scooping 2 entrees she became confused and didnt have the 3rd to scoop and I told her Id wait and I had much more to order and out of frustration from stupidity she walked away and quit filling my order even ignored anything I asked and another girl apologized and completed my order. I managed a bbq restaurant for 5 years and I know any restaurant owner would back the firing of her. Completely unprofessional. Her name rhymes with miya....

I usually go to other panda express locations inspite of this location very near to my home, since I read not so good reviews about this location, but this time I happend to be there and my kids insisted. So I order a 3 entree and Im sorry to say that the quantity of orange chicken black pepper chicken and noodles they gave me was only enough for my younger son who is 9 year old.. And he doesnt even eat much. Literally there were 4 pieces of chicken and just handful of noodles and black pepper chicken. I dont know if they had the shortage of food that day or what. But the way this location serve food is not consistent with other locations. Im not sure if Im the only one faced this? But Im pretty sure that atleast Im going back to this location again.

Normally dont write reviews on fast food but I just think this is noteworthy. Came in for lunch for two, but we were going to share. Ordered one 2-entree plate for the both of us and the cashier asks if we would like anything else. I ask for one small drink and she rings us up for two. After realizing this I dismiss it and we go to get drinks. Turns out 3 of the drinks (Dr. P, Sierra Mist, and Pepsi) werent working and when I brought it to their attention, they said theyd look at. No refund was given for our drinks, and the drinks werent actually addressed.

Worst food and customer service I have ever had Anywhere. The first time I ate here the rice was hard and uncooked. Tonight I went in (ten minutes before closing) and the gentleman behind the counter, Mitch says very loudly "oh no!" And through his head down on the counter. Needless to say, I walked out and will not be back again. It should not matter what time a customer comes to purchase your product. Respect always needs to be a part of the service.

Normally dont have any issues coming into this establisment. Yes there has been sometimes were it seems like half the crew is on break, other times were my server hated her job. But customer service is not for everyone, and people really need to get of this high horse that they are like royalty coming in. This is not a 5 star restaurant your not going to get a server with a lot of edicit teachings.

It all seemed so different. All the employees lounging everywhere, drinking there starbucks, and eating their Walmart bought fruit. This would be fine if someone is on break. Everyone seemed to be. The quality of the food is poor, customer service is non existent. There is so much more....

This location is always out of something. Doesnt matter what time I have come in. Around dinner time they need to make double of certain things like Teriyaki Chicken. 8 people waiting on food to be made 20+ in line waiting to even order. Someone doesnt know what they are doing around here

Panda express is one of the worst of all fake Asian food-chain restaurants, it doesnt serve actual Asian food (Asian RIBS????). I really do not like the people working here, they are lazy, and they dont really try. I really done recommend coming to Panda Express PERIOD.

My kids and I went to panda today for lunch. We waited 10 minutes in line before we decided to leave. For being a fast food establishment place "It sure was slow". Maybe be you guys should hire more employees. Just a suggestion. Good luck never going back.

This is the slowest panda I have ever been to. I have gone to this place three of four times and each time, I have had to wait in line for at least fifteen minutes for my food. This location is not that busy, the employees just move really slow.

Its my favorite place to go tastes so delicious and I never need to tell my parents I want panda they know I want it all the time. The orange chicken is really yummy and the other food is pretty tastey.

Yes its not real Chinese or a fancy place but dang I love their food! This location is always extremely clean and the staff are really friendly. For fast food I definitely recommend a quick stop here.

Diffident staff. Regularly unprepared. All dishes not available 20 minutes after 1030am open, with only 1/3 of dishes ready upon open. Nayeli is a portion scrooge compared to other pandas.

My favorite is the Orange Chicken! Yum! This is a fun place to bring the kids and although the quality isnt life-altering, the prices are cheap enough to make it more than a good bargain.
