As others have mentioned, this is probably the worst run Chipotle. Even the manager or supervisor just walks in with street clothes and starts working. Workers there disturb other workers which impacts the quality of food and delivery. For example, while preparing my order, another co-worker stops to talk and they start engaging in conversation. Or, they start hollering at one another about social topics out loud. They are slow, unprofessional, and dont take their jobs seriously. Its like play time for many of them.

Every single time I go to this location they never have food ready ,they constantly ask me to wait so they can refill the rice or beans or corn. The people that serve are constantly new and they rarely serve a good portions. So far there has only been 2 locations that taste good ,serve good and give good service. The managers for chipotle should seriously go check on their locations and the quality of their product.

I love Chipotle but this one isnt so great. Employees struggle to wrap a burrito, even though theyre not that generous. Or the iced tea is empty at 8:30 pm, and Im told itll take 20 minutes to make more. Or theyll be completely out of some hot sauce, like they didnt bother to see they were running low. Go if youre nearby and hungry, because the food itself is Chipotle, but dont expect a very well-run operation.

Surly employees. Described what I wanted, was served something else entirely. Server was either deaf or did not care. Was rudely ordered not to touch the glass panel along the serving line. Walked out on food order after it was prepared - it was really that bad. In my opinion, there is no need for this place to be in business when there are so many other choices.

One of the worst Chipotles Ive ever been to. Most of the employees are indifferent to you and slow, which, combined with the always long lines here, makes for a bad combination. The burritos are always wrapped poorly, and sometimes the rice is badly undercooked.

Worst chipotle Ive been to, make sure to avoid this location. Food is ALWAYS cold and disgusting, like its been sitting out all day. Very poorly run and tarnishing chipotles otherwise favorable brand.
