AWFUL. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. For starters the price that you pay for buffet quality food is insane... the chicken is over cooked, the service is slow, the place smells like trash is laying all over the place, the seafood is gross but Im from New England so that may be why, all the vegetables are done southern style and are soggy over cooked or just too damn unhealthy to be considered vegetables, the meat selection is poor and they try to imitate Chinese food but fail missiarably & Then desserts are way too sweet and seem like they have been sitting out for a while... so basicaly unless you like soda and salad with no crotons dont come here.

Not the best Golden Corral experience. Food selection can be shoddy and scarce (eg, fried chicken will be nonexistent during peak times). Further, variety can leave much to be desired. The buffet can also get messy, and staff wont care about cleaning it up. Service is hit or miss. Some really do a great job, engaging diners and refilling drinks. Others seem to want to be anywhere else. But for price point, its not terrible. Very few places in the area to feed a family or large group at these prices. I just wish who ever owns this Golden Corral put the same effort and care as the ones Ive visited elsewhere, especially in the South.

Worst Golden Corral my family has have ever "been" to. According to their advertisements we saw, Golden Corral was assumed to be open on Thanksgiving. Being new to the area, we traveled nearly an HOUR away from our hotel to only realize that they were closed. We attempted to call to ask for the hours of operation, and no one answered. My family was left starving, disappointed, and anxious to find an open restaurant. This left us at our last hope, with much dissatisfaction with false advertising we have seen.

This Golden Corral has roaches. Yes Roaches. I saw baby roaches crawling around the grill. Told the manager who looked shocked as if he had no clue that there is a roach problem. When there is 3 roaches there are hundreds if not thousands of them. I sent the corporate office an email and never received a response. Maybe try another one but stay away from this one. I will never in my life step food in this Gold Coral ever again. Poor pest control and cleaning Im sure along with poor customer service.

The food here is average and looks as though it was old and reused. There wasnt much variety as other golden corrals Ive been to. The place is understaff and customer service is very poor. There were uncleaned plates laying around on the tables across from where I was seated and the waitress only stopped by once to ask for a refill. The supervisor was yelling at a staff for something related to her not doing her job. Overall just an unprofessional atmosphere thats not worth the time or the visit.

Im here visiting from Ohio, and I figured that this is pretty much the same as the golden corral Im used to. Boy, was I wrong. This place isnt the cleanest, and the staff just seems like they dont even want to be here. What really killed it for me is the fact that I decided to get a piece of the baked fish, and to my surprise, there was a long piece of black hair sticking right from under it. Hairnets would be a nice luxury for these seemingly uncaring people. I would NOT recommend this place.

Management needs to train staff better on customer service or be more selective in who they hire. Place was dirty and very disorganized. Ghetto fabulous to the 10th power. And to top this already horrendous evening, a fight breaks out in the ladies room resulting in a women being physically removed from the premises. The only reason I stayed until we finished our meal is because my son is young and was happy to be out with his family. Will never go back there again!!!!!!

Had to go to Golden Correl Frederickburg Central, Petersburg, Va and Capitol Blvd, in Raleigh, N. C., the further south I went the better to food, service, cleaness so these votes are for these places, have gone to one on Blvd, in Largo if I were an inspector I would close it down until improvements were made, #1 someone who knows how to cook and not heat up something from a can,, # attitude adjustment for service help and it needs a bathroom attendant

My boyfriend and I went to this golden corral on our way back to NJ. We were barely settling in when I decided to go use the restroom. As Im exiting my stall there is a cockroach running on the floor. That is the most disgusting thing Ive ever seen in my life. If its in the restroom where there is no food, where else are they running around? We immediately left the restaurant! Never going back to a Golden Corral!

Thus place is horrible most of the food trays were empty. The employees were nice Management stock when I ask them about refilling the dessert tray the manager looked over at me and had his container out getting his rolls he could care less. AWS server never came to take our place when we went back for seconds we had to get up and go to the front for refills. I will never go back there again!

The worst buffet experience of my life. It was a Saturday evening and I understand the amount of business they receive, but Ive been to many locations during similar times. No clean plates, silverware, tables and the dining room floor was nasty. Food selection was scarce, and I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Will drive 20-25 minutes away to next location in Waldorf.

First time at a Golden Corral.Was affordable.Had different options.The server checked on us refilled our drinks and removed our used plates.Why four stars I noticed a server supposingly assisting a visually imparted gentleman.Lets just say he need a class or two in helping someone who is blind get around safely in the restaurant.Also the table turn over time need some improvement.

always crowded long lines. i dont know why they think they need police have to always wait long times for grill items like steak. poor service long wait for refills. the food is pretty decent but it comes with a headache. too many damn spanish people now too. rude people jumping the line. this is a ghetto overcrowded golden corral. try to find a nicer one or be prepared.

I personally prefer the Golden Corral in Waldorf. I only go to this one for breakfast/brunch when I do not have a ride, the service is better and the place is clean; because they just opened. Im not sure if they are under management but you can see the change in service there. If you want a golden Corral I suggest the one in Waldorf, more selection and cleaner.

Kids under 10 running up to the Buffet Bar unaccompanied, playing in the food and making a mess. I have reported this problem to the manager so many times but to no avail. An announcement should be made over the loud speaker throughout the night concerning this. This place is so ghettoish. The Golden Corral in Waldorf is a much classier.

Nothing but empty pans all old food a rush came in they couldnt even handle it... no manager around no nothing it took me a whole half and 30 40 minutes to get my money back because no manager just was doing a job no food and no managers thats why.. its 5:33 in the afternoon and all that really ready is breakfast food ,what..foh
