Some four to five months ago I noticed that a large proportion of the foods were unlabeled. I mentioned this to a manager, who said the system was changing and it would be fixed. A few weeks later, still the same, and I mentioned it again. About three weeks ago, still the same, and I spoke to the General Manager. Last Sunday, still the same. I took a picture with my phone to the company, and the same General Manager said "no pictures". Since the main table had one entire side unlabeled, I took another picture and was told to leave.

Lousy! We drove an extra hour out of our way on our vacation to come here. There was a fly walking around in the thousand island dressing, ice cream on the floor the entire time we were there, the server that served the ham placed a 2" bottom piece of fat on my plate, napkins and straw papers on the floor. The orange chicken had an odd taste, and the water had a foul taste. Ladies room was filthy and the manager never bothered to talk to us after I told the cashier.Tom who bussed our table however was excellent!

To start,, food was good,, at first,, but went south very quickly,, I had a problem with my ice cream,, found a hard piece of plastic in it,, they refunded my meal,, but,, now,, my friend I went with has food poisoning,, and I have to run to the bathroom every 20 mins or so,, I remember why after eating there yesterday why I dont go there,, But good service,, friendly staff,, manager was very nice,, gave me a refund with no problems at all,, But the food is horrible and the price is a little much,,

I am always unsure of places like this that boast low cost and all you can eat. But I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and taste of the food. I dont have the capacity to try everything, but from the comments that I heard from the other members of our party, the desserts were good, the taco bar was good and the frozen Coke and blueberry drinks were too. If Im every really really hungry (and in the area) Id probably consider coming back

I am very unhappy with my experience today! First off there prices have gone up yet again. Almost $12 for breakfast for just one person! Second off they took the one thing I come here for off the menu. One guy...Im assuming the manager did make some for me...after having another employee complain about making it. I know I came for breakfast but I decided to get some ice cream. That came out wrong too. Their swirl came out 90%

My fiance & I have been customers of Old Country Buffet for several years. Their salad bar as well as food far is fantasic. My soon to be husband & I have been returning customers for quite a few years now. Yet we are over due to go back again. They truly need To build an Old Country Buffet in Chambersburg, PA. They would make very good success & a lot of money.

Its what you would expect from this kind of buffet, the selection is good. But the food is often overcooked or undercooked, not surprising when you consider the amounts of food they cook at once. The women that remove the dirty dishes are always very friendly and happy to answer any questions or to just talk for a minute to make you feel welcome.

If you find the quality of food to be just OK at Old Country, give Cactus Willies a try & Im sure youll be more than pleased with the better selections, quality and presentation. Just an update about Cactus Willies. Most locations have closed & what remains is now terrible. The last time we stopped we vowed - never again.

I had took my Son too This Country Buffet For his Birthday! this year.2015 My son a grown man and we had a Wonderful time! (smile) The Atmosphere Is so Beautiful! (smile) and Friendly The Food is fresh! and Delicious! Me and my Husband and All my family will be coming here again.

My mother and I stopped here thinking it would be a good quick place to get some food. Terrible! The buffet is small as anything and there barely anything good in it. I got fries pizza and orange chicken and they all tasted like microwaved garbage. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I will never ever eat here again.!!!! Everything was cold. Mashed potatoes ice cold, steak and ham cold, meat loaf cold, carrots cold, string beans cold in other words all the food I was going to eat I couldnt eat. We use to enjoy eating here. Never again !!!

We went in with high hopes. Our hopes where shattered. The silverware had leftover food stuck on them. The chicken was under cooked and red. The food was not hot, barley warm. The food wasnt very good all around. The bathrooms were also very unclean.

Unprofessional. The lady at the register is rude and has the attitude of "what do you want?" the boy hangs out there playing on his cell phone. The food is average. The only good aspect is Jasmina the waitress. She is amazing! Very friendly and sweet.

I love the way people was with us. John, one of the managers was dedicate at his job. He was around with people taking plates from the tables which that is not usual anymore. His carrying was transmitted to his employees to care about their clients.

We felt personally victimized by the meal choices and were insulted our high school teachers would bring us here. Clean but uncomfortable. Just because you can build a buffet in a strip mall does not mean you should. Would rather go across the street

Not good selection of food and most of the food was old, dry, and didnt taste good! Place was very dirty, especially the restroom! I use to love to eat here when I came to Lancaster, but will not be going back! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Corn bread is usually good, but it was to crumble, same desert nothing different, you can buy a strawberry pie but they didnt have any for you to eat there
