I always enjoy my food fro Krystals. Service is fast and friendly. The only problem is now two times in a row theyve got my order wrong. These arent big complicated orders. One item. Each time. Today I ordered a loaded scrambler bowl. They gave me the regular scrambler bowl with grits. But charged me for the loaded. Last week I ordered with sausage, but they gave me bacon. I dont see this until after Im at work. These are simple orders. Its not busy when I go, so I dont understand. The staff is very friendly.

My Experience was horrible!!!! I placed my order I was asked to pull up which no one was in the line I assumed my food would be fresh since I was asked to pull up. my order was all wrong I asked for no salt on my fries no mayo on chicken sandwiches and the cheese on my Krystals looked like it was remelted. I called the MANAGER who I believe she said her name was Jay who was not really helpful because when I asked her name again she hung up! Frist and last time!! I will be calling Corporate tomorrow!!!

ya know I love their food but honestly I hate when I get to the window and Im not even greeted or thanked or anything. I cant stand when they just hand me my food and say absoulety nothing . I hand them my money and they return my change and hand me my meal.. cant stand that

All tables were dirty, both trash cans were overflowing on to the floor and trays of trash were stacked on the tray collection stand, the floor was sticky by the drink station. The food was fresh and correct, but probably will not come back. Dont like to dine in trash

Wish i could give 0 stars, this place is trash. Traveling with my husband and 2 small kids we decide to stop here for dinner. I had to sit my 2 small kids next to a crack head who was not eating but just hanging out, i will never rtirn here and would not recommend it

Worse Customer Service ever went to eat here no one wanted to take any of our orders they were ignoring us, we were 7 people, and they were just laughing looking at us doing nothing,, Will be calling Corporate tell them about there employees and manager as well.

Wish I could give 0 stars, just left the drive thru empty handed...ordered a 5 pack cheese burgers and chili fries, was told it would "be like 20 min, we have a lot of orders" there were no cars in front of us and 4 in the parking lot. Thanks.

Staff was nice, place was clean, no wait and we were alone to eat. Fries were awful, not sure if Krystal fries are just terrible though. Sliders are reminiscent of white castle, quite tasty. Happy hour from 2-5pm has 69c sliders.
