The food here is just bad roadside diner food. The prices are about equivalent to Dennys but I think Dennys has slightly better food. And I dont eat at Dennys because I think their food is nasty tasting. I dont understand where all the rave reviews are coming from. The food here does not make me think that this is being cooked by some grandma that has a wonderful touch in the kitchen or someone who loves cooking and is good at it. It is more like the owners hired a bunch of teenage boys and poorly paid third world immigrants to throw some food on the grill and maybe microwave some precooked or frozen or canned vegetables. I wouldnt eat here twice. My boyfriend thinks the same.

So we have a review on how everything about the place is great, but its no 4 seasons? so a 3 star rating? Then a bad review by someone that seems bitter over a bad day for them there. This is why reviews are worthless.. If you need one? Ive been going there for only a year now ( since I moved here) but many times! Each time not only was I treated well, but so was my 2 year old. Service 5 stars. Food 5 Stars. Prices 5 stars! Unlike Sevens, and many other places that want you to pay 7 $ for a toddler to eat! I promise youll like it, unless youre somebody that has unrealistic expectations! :) Great place to eat!

My family and I have eaten at this restaurant for many years and I can promise you an awesome experience here at the Mason Dixon Restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious and you get ample portions. The owners, Gus and Nick, go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your visit and the staff are seriously efficient and friendly. Home cooking at its finest! Check it out ... you will be so glad you did!

Look, this isnt the 4 Seasons, but you knew that already. What it is, is a decent family place with good food at a reasonable price. The owners are fantastic people and the servers are mostly nice kids from the local area. There are better restaurants sure, but this is a small local PA country place and that is what you get, nothing out of this world, but nothing terrible either.

Overpriced for mediocre quality!! Managers SUCK!! Waitresses are ok. Dont know who the heavy set man is from the back (sometimes runs the register) but he is loud and VERY obnoxious!!!! This place is NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone who wants to have a good experience at a decent restaurant (this certainly isnt one)!!

I have been coming here for about two years and have never had a bad meal. They are always packed on weekend mornings but you never have to wait long for a table or food. Service is always quick, polite, and friendly. Breakfast is always delicious and fast. Very very affordable. Love this place!

This place serves tasty food with cheerful and courteous service in a spotless atmosphere. It is unpretentious but pleasant. All of us at the table today raved about the wraps, sandwiches, salads, and fries we had. We will stop there whenever we go antiquing in Shrewsbury. You should, too!

The most unsanitary place near the mason Dixon line. They are racists. Disrespectful and rude. I personally counted 11 flys in my dreadfull experience. I would never eat here again. They only like the locals.I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. 1 STAR ONLY

Decent diner food. I like the omelet and toast but the hash browns were clearly previously frozen, mushy, and not salted enough. The menu is huge and you can probably find something for anyone there, but it wont be amazing.

Mason Dixon has such a wide selection on their menu, and at very reasonable prices. Never a long wait for your meal, even when they are crowded. And of course the food has always been very tasty. Our go to restaurant.
