Perfect place to go to for a late night snack after coming back from the metro station and everything else is closed. I do enjoy the food ever since I was younger. Theres a number of items of varying prices and I really like the app so you can order in advance and theres special in app discounts you can have applied to you order.

The service was terrible. I ordered my food and was waiting for almost 30 minutes. Other people that ordered after me received their order before me. It was absolutely terrible. They moved slow as if they didnt care. I shouldnt should have been waiting that long in a "fast food" restaurant

The slowest fast food spot in Southern Maryland. Drive thru is a trap!! Wanted to leave but cant once you are in line. If I cant go inside, I will keep going next time. No exaggeration... 30 minute wait!!

Consistently take forever with long lines. Typically wait 20 minutes no matter what time of day. Have had order wrong probably 60-70% of the time also. Dining room is clean though...

Need customer service training. Got stale beef chalupa supreme. Then they remade it and it was chicken. Then they just handed the bag to me without saying sorry about that. Wow!

My experience at Taco Bell on 4/14/16 was a very nice one. Cashier Alexis S gave good customer service by being professional and friendly, and she got my order right!!!
