Went there today with my 2-year old to get lunch. The host (waitress double duty) sat us and asked for our drink order. I got a water for me and a kids milk for him. She comes back with my water and puts the straw in it with the paper wrapper still on it. They just ran out of milk. This is just after noon and they have no milk. So I get him an apple juice instead. When she brings it, I tell her that Im ready to order and she says "OK let me check" or something to that effect as she is waking away. We sat there for 8 minutes and I observed a lady with a kid about my sons age walk up to the counter and talk to the cash register worker, and it seemed pretty obvious that she was leaving because of poor service. I could tell any further waiting would only bring me closer to greater disappointment and anger. Ever try to keep a 2-year old calm with an empty stomach? As Im on the way to the front door, I tell the host/waitress that we are leaving because we have been sitting there waiting to order after I told her we were ready, now 10 minutes ago (at times during that period she was just standing behind the counter doing nothing and even made eye contact with me so it is not because she was too busy). I also told her it was like a joke the way this place was being run and she actually said "I know." Avoid at all costs. I wouldnt be surprised if you manage to wait long enough to be served food that your reward is food poisoning.

Absolutely horrible service. I sat down at the bar area for breakfast but the waitress never acknowledged my presence. Worse yet, she proceeded to help everyone else who sat down at the bar after I did. She proceeded to completely blow me off and serve the other four people (all of whom came after I did), not saying a single thing to me. The guy next to me (who sat down 10 minutes after I sat down) was eating his food by the time the waitress said her first words to me; "Are you helped?". No! Im not helped! because you chose to completely ignore me the entire time! The guy next to me ordered, got his food, ate, paid, and had walked out of the restaurant when I was handed the menu. Other three guys (who came even later than the guy next to me) were finishing their food when I got the menu. No apology from the waitress what so ever and no attempts to remedy the situation what so ever. She just acted like everything was normal. I have been coming to this branch for a decades. I have friends that actually worked at this exact branch when we were in high school. I have brought my friends, colleagues, and family for many years to this branch, and apparently this is the way they treat a loyal customer. So never again. You not only lost a good customer (and all of his affiliates) but a neighbor.

We stopped by this evenings as we were going to leave on a flight tomorrow and we waited 20 minutes+ while nobody was seated and a young man who appeared to be responsible for that duty kept getting pulled away by I found out later a women in a plaid jacket named Tammy. That location across from chick-fil-a off route 100 should be avoided at all cost. We ended up at the Bob Evans at lithium heights and when the manager waited on us immediately I knew the previous location was a dream. It had to be. The new location did not disappoint us at all. This manager had time with the same amount of customers come out three times to check on his customers. Great job. And our waitress Lori was very welcoming.

We have been coming to this location for years but in the past 6 months at least this place has gone down hill, the kitchen service and food is poor unless you complain to the manager then he tries to his best to make things right. But thats not the point of going out to dinner and have to complain about things. Corporate should do something about this location and the 2 stars is because the attention from the manager.

Bob Evans has a great breakfast selection and very friendly staff! We came in and sat right at the bar. Our service was impeccable and food was delicious- I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning again. I love how friendly they are when you come in and its my experience they are way faster and friendlier than IHOP! Our server was Inna - she was fantastic!

I love Bob Evans usually when we go to this location we have great service. Tonight we were seated and never even had anyone offer us drinks. We waited for 20min and nothing so we walked out. I heard one of the waitresses who was just talking with two others say "there walking out." Sorry Bob Evans i love ya but i wont go to that location anymore! They are lucky for one star!

Bob Evans recently overhauled their menu and even though most are still the same, quality se.ems to have gone up. I was very happy with food and wait staff. They also have a good kids selection. Always busy Saturday morning, so be sure to be there around 9 or earlier if you are not interested in waiting a while.

Overall this place is ok. Food is standard for a chain although they have very good breakfast breads. Service is not terrible, however, if you notice them trying to memorize your order, ask them to write it down. They always forget about 10% of the order when they try to memorize it.

While it may be good to some, personally I find the food here to be rather bland. I ordered an omelette for my meal and I found myself salting and peppering the dish after tasting it to see how flavorful it would be. Not the kind of place if youre in the college crowd.

Waited over 40 mins to be seated while customers who arrived after me were seated.After i was seated i ask for a manager and have been sitting here for 30min and still no manager avoid at all cost next time ill just try a diffrent location!

Staying at the hotel close by (residence inn) I was looking for a place to get quick bite to eat. Staff were very friendly and gave me suggestion on some side orders because I could not decide. No complaints.

Took me and my husband 15 min to be sat down. After another 5 min we just got up and left to go to ihop another 10 min down the road. You need a better manager.

Quick friendly service and love the crepes with blueberries. Pot roast hash is delish too. Really havent eaten any of the breakfast items that I didnt like.

I know this is franchise restaurant but this location didnt do for me "Service was very slow & Food wasnt good at all" Would not go there again!:(

Whenever you go in, ask for Donna! She is the most pleasant server in this location! Always remembers your order, and never makes a mistake!
