We used to love Golden Key and after they retired and Asian Taste One moved in/took over we were a bit disappointed at first as a handful of the food is admittedly not quite as good as it used to be or rather just different and its hard to swallow after knowing Golden Key literally my whole life. However since then theyve won me over with their food too even though its not quite the same. Ive always had great customer service here, they see me enough to know me and are very nice. Its a family business so you get all sorts of people at the counter of all ages. Ive never encountered anyone rude. Theyre quick too so I usually stop in or call, go shopping at the Giant and 15 minutes later go back and its ready. Golden Key was known for their very soft fried rice with generous vegetables, egg and meat. Asian Taste One kept their recipe and the main fried rice (that you order by itself) is very still very good (I like the pork fried rice). They use their own pork recipe for the chopped bits of pork so its slightly different tasting than Golden Keys was but is still loads better than other places who do the very yellow rice with peas, etc. The fried rice they use as a side for dinner/ lunch platters has less vegetable "fixins" and is a bit bland. Its literally just "fried rice". Try requesting extra vegetables/onion and meat for your rice. The same with their lo mein. Their Thai dishes are actually rather good, in particular their Sambai/Sambal and Singapore noodles are very, very good with loads of vegetables and flavor. Those dishes always make people ask what Im eating or love it if I give them a taste. The Sambai is a really balanced dish to put on top of white rice, ask them to make it spicy.I did not care much for their pad thai much or their curry. Their chicken wings are fantastic as they use a five-spice rub. I think their menu is highly variable, try a few things and see what you like. Thats how I found the Sambai/Sambal which has become my go-to for its high quality vegetables and meat in a non corn-starch based sauce. Theyre slightly on the pricey side but their offers when you meet certain price thresholds (free soup or cream cheese wonton etc) are pretty fair. I think its still definitely one of the better Chinese places in the area.

Very vegetarian unfriendly menu. But wait, after the polite young man with perfect American English, had a discussion with his aunt) they will replace the meat with tofu (fried or steamed) for an additional $1.50. They will replace the chicken broth in the soup with "tap water" for free. There are three or so "vegetable" dishes on the menu but no vegetable mushu. The lomein was tasty and not overcooked. Vegetables were crispy, yumm. Bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, carrots, celery, and snow peas made up the remainder. They politely placed the steamed tofu on top to avoid fragmentation. Unfortunately, it also avoided the sauce. Which, by the way, may have contained chicken broth after all. Bottom line: boring.

I tried to order from here via Grubhub... placed the order and then get a call from the restaurant saying that Im not in their delivery area. Thats fine, I ask them to cancel the order and for a refund. They ask me to cancel the order on my end. I say that isnt possible and that they would need to initiate. The phone is handed to someone who I believe was the owner who then starts screaming at me! Im barely able to get a word in. After I get off the phone I contact Grubhub who is able to make sure I get my refund. Completely unprofessional on Asian Tastes end!

I use to love this place untill I received my sweet and pungent chicken (which is fried) black and green, was told its the batter but being a cook myself I know this isnt right plus I have gotten the same order for like a yr straight, I was a regular untill I returned the food and asked for it to be recooked. The owner is very rude and told me she would not serve me anymore-mind you this was the only return I have had. Be warned, fried food should not smell like sewage nor be green or black but golden in color!

This might be the worst food that I have ever had. I got the bourbon chicken and my friend got general tso chicken. Mine was chicken pieces fried in sweet and sour sauce. My friends was a breaded chicken piece with a brown sauce that was horrible. The spring rolls had no taste and neither did the shrimp roll. The "crab" wonton was nothing but cream cheese. They dont care if you did not like the food either. I personally will NEVER eat there again.

DISGUSTING! We ordered bourbon chicken, all white meat, and I was repulsed just by the appearance, I wasnt quite sure if it was even chicken, and the taste was even worse. We also ordered pork wantons that tasted a bit "chemically". I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant, EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I order from here ALL the time, they have the best hot and sour soup. The quality of their crab rangoons is so good, it has has ruined most other takeout places for me. Their chicken is good too, always 100% white meat and never dry. Staff is super nice too, my favorite takeout joint

We ordered the thai red curry and a sambai. Both in chicken. The food was good. It felt like they had made an effort to make it flavorful. It was refreshing that the dishes had ample veggies in them too! The delivery took some time but the food made up for it.

Before you order from this restaurant. Please do yourself a favor and make a visit first. I Walked in and walked back out. It had the smell of an old fish tank. I have to be honest in this discription.

Since we are mostly confined to home, their delivery is outstanding! The food arrives nice and hot and on time. We really like it!
