this is the closest chipotle to my home and because I love the food, Ive been trying to still go there as often as I can. however, after today Im done wasting my time. I always place my orders online and wait for sufficient time to fill my order before going there. every single time though, Im left waiting for my order to be created AFTER I arrive instead of waiting for me. Today, I placed an order at least 35 minutes before showing up. Order was simple and just 1 burrito bowl. I arrived and quietly stood by the register waiting for the cashier to check out a lady who had been ready to finish when I arrived. Before she was done with the lady though she quickly asked another man, who stood on the other side, what his name was for his order and totally ignored me. Im trying to be diplomatic but the man was Caucasian while Im not. when I said I came first and she didnt ask me, she insisted that she thought I was just in line like a regular person. There is no way thats possible because I cut straight to the register in front of a long line of people and I was carrying no bag or anything so I clearly was there for a pre-paid order. she then proceeds to look for my order and sure enough, it was still not made! when she told me that, I rolled my eyes and she asks, what is wrong now? I said I dont understand why my order isnt done when I placed it almost 40 minutes ago. She then just tells me well were busy to which I replied yes and thats why I have sufficient time for my order to be prepared. The app had given me an earlier time for pick up and I deliberately chose the later time based on past experience. Regardless, Im now officially gone to my last chipotle order because this is unacceptable especially for a chain that has already experienced significant issues with customers this year. Ill take my money to entities that respect me and my time and money!

Went to this location last night and it was by far the worst customers service I have ever had at a Chipotle. There were only 5-6 people in front of my boyfriend and I and we were in there 25 minutes waiting in line! To start, the employee who was first on line (asking what kind of rice/meat) was rude to every customer in line. They ran out of white rice right after I ordered. The lady behind me said she would wait and the employee wasnt happy about that and continued to ask her "cant you just get brown rice??" all while rolling her eyes and huffing. Then the employees farther down on the line just kept disappearing. So at one point there were a ton of orders with rice and meat but no one on the line to put the rest of the toppings on, the cashier even disappeared for a good 10 minutes. Not only were they out of white rice for awhile, but other ingredients were out and no one was bringing up more from the back. The overall cleanliness of the food prep area was also cause for concern. Employees were not wiping it down and it looked like it hadnt been done all day. All in all I will definitely not be back to this location. Will make the extra 10 minute drive to the next location.. although this means ill go a lot less then I would like.

I wish I could not give this place a star at all. I live in the community where this location is and we are big fans of Chipotle BUT this particular location is THE Worse in terms of serving food to employees being rude. First of all every single time we go they are out of minimum one ingredient. Why would you have a location or a manager who never keeps the food in stock. You still charge customer the same amount. Its extremely unfair. We can even sue these franchise for doing it multiple times while still being short on ingredients. Employees are sweating and serving food which is so unhygienic. What is the management doing???

Everything was fine except the man working there looked high, and was staring off to the side while he was positioned at the start at the bowls. I walked up to the counter to order and after 10 seconds he turned his head and stared at me with a blank look on his face. I became confused and thought he wanted me to wait for something, but then after 5 seconds of staring he mumbled, "what do you want." That was all he said to me. The other workers next to him were courteous but acted like they didnt notice what happened. Was a strange experience.

They almost always burn the fajita veggies and the Chicken is typicall cold at this Chipotle vs. the one further down on Rt1. Today I actually watched an employee eating while putting the chips in bags for customers. I probably wouldnt of noticed of she want chewing with her mouth opened over the container of chips. However, the Chipotle sucker that I am just keeps coming back because they are so close to my job.

Never get the chips! They have a tendency to mix stalrle chips woth fresh, and you literally get a "mixed bag". Overall, food has improved, but this place always seems to be out of an ingredient and need time to prepare it. Usually a meat. They need to keep up with demand and keep the meat hot! Many times Ive been here and hot chicken is sitting in the back waiting to be cut while the serving dish is empty.

Wish i could give NO stars!! The most RUDE employees ive EVER seen! Well one on particular! Should have gotten her name! Rushed me so bad even before i finished saying what i wanted!! Then..she reached over the guy that started helping me and her nasty apron boob went in the next customers food! Had guac all over her apron! First and LAST time here! Ill take the ride to the REAL Laurel one!!

I dont think anyone knows this location is there so its never a line for service. One thing I will say its bunch of young adults who operate the store and their service is unprofessional. Once there was a more mature woman there but Ive never seen her again. But okay a better note the food is tasty and the service is fast.

So gross. Food all over the place mixed together on the table on the floor. She was literally scraping the bucket. No forks. No napkins. The grossest Chipotle Ive ever been too. Employees sitting around in the back. No rice. No beans. Line out the door. Ill think twice before coming here again.

Made a large to go order. 40% of the orders were wrong. Some people didnt even get what they ordered. How you can mess up reading a screen that says exactly what to order is beyond me. Im constantly reminded why people who work fast food shouldnt make $15 and hour.

Unfortunately we walked into this location and walked out because it was so dirty. It just made me wonder if the front looked like that then possibly everything else was like that to including where the food was being prepared. It was unfortunate cause I wanted a bowl.
