Literally the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in my life..... placed order.... missed their phone call.... they cancelled pizza..... I replace order...... they say its on its way........ they call again....... they say theyre closed and theyre not sending it...... lackluster employee on the phone......... 5 minutes later the pizza arrives.... I turn him away and say I dont trust it (rude conversation on the phone 5 minutes ago and then my pizza arrives) no thanks...... all this after a two month phone gauntlet with store managers and shift managers and regional managers trying to get a refund for a 43.57$ order placed on 10/19/16 that was completely wrong AND RANCID.... I REGRETFULLY AND SHAMEFULLY ACCEPTED A 43$ CREDIT affffffffter about 6 phone conversations haggling about it... (I wanted a full refund and to never do business with them again at this point).... and then after 3 more conversations to enact said promised 43$ credit, I finally make my way to ordering this tonight...... a large......cheese.......pizza...... gg Pizza Hut... everyones to blame at this point

Placed a delivery order and an hour later received a call from the driver saying he was lost. When I asked him where he was he was almost to our location. I was giving him the directions and he was so confused. I asked him if he was new to the area, he said he has lived here all his life. When I finished telling him the directions he told me he was too scared. What!? We live at a resort! Nothing to be scared of! I told him if he was too scared maybe he should just go on back to Pizza Hut and tell Josh the manager there he was scared. I had told him a young girl didnt have any problems delivering our pizza the week before. She wasnt scared.

This is the second time I ordered and it was wrong! Yall gave me sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened! My bf is diabetic so thanks alot! The order was placed online... Get it together! Also why dont you give the parmesean and red pepper flakes anymore? It doesnt make any sense to me that I would have to specify that. Yall dont even count extra cheese as a topping for a 2 topping pizza. Im done with pizza hut.

I would give no stars if at all possible. Just received the worst pizza I have ever laid eyes on. The middle was not fully cooked and completely wet on the bottom. My boyfriend and I attempted to recook the entire pizza in the oven, which made it atleast almost edible. But unfortunately, the quality was so disappointing, neither of us could finish a whole piece. Will never place an order here again.

Same great Pizza Hut quality but the service outside of one woman is horrendous. I was waiting at the register for about three minutes as three or four workers walked by me without even saying "hello". I needed to change my order and one guy acted like he didnt want to until I prodded him to do so and figure out how.

Horrible. ...how do you forget to put cheese on a pizza. ? Especially when I ordered EXTRA CHEESE.... When it gets here its cold, but worse, you pick up a piece and all toppings FALL OFF....why ? No cheese. So what meth addict made this pizza? ??....omg worse pizza of my life

The food is great and so is the staff. We call in for an order, the call goes to San Antonio instead of here in Kerrville. I would rather call here to Kerrville than San Antonio because they take just to get the address and to figure out where you want the pizza to be delivered.

LIES! they call it the #1 delivery Deal $7.99 .. but to order this pizza it will actually cost you the minimum delivery change of $10.00 plus the delivery charge of $4.00 making it $13.99 !!!! What a rip off !

When you call the number listed you are calling a call center. At 330 in the afternoon on hold for 20 minutes. Then they disconnected me. Took 40 minutes to get pizza this place sucks
