The manager Shadia (I think that is how its spelled) is one of the rudest restaurant industry employees I have ever encountered. She is short in tone and will not let you finish speaking before she accuses you, the customer, of being wrong. Instead of letting you finish and explain what your email confirmation reads, she kept interrupting me saying that my email confirmation is wrong and her system shows something else. I completely understand that computer glitches happen and its no ones fault (specially not the customers!). She also hung the phone up on me and would not provide her name until I asked for the 4th time. I have contacted Pizza Huts corporate office regarding the matter. Sad part for Pizza Hut is that had to place my companys large lunch order with Dominos. The money you work so hard for should not be spent with a location that accepts management behavior as this. I highly recommend you get your pizza somewhere else in Columbia. Her attitude and demeanor is not worth the frustration and time. I hope this review saves someone else the hassle of dealing with this.

I absolutely LOVE Pizza Hut pizza but I think this particular store has lost a customer. Three times I have ordered a pizza online for delivery and three times they have failed to make it correctly. Im not quite sure what the problem was either because the order was clear and correct from what I could see but then the store defaulted to the regular sauce which also happened to be the WRONG sauce and not at all what I had ordered. The first two times, I discovered the error after having paid. Tonight, I wised up and checked the order before paying, found it was wrong again, tipped the driver - it wasnt his fault the order was wrong, and returned the pizza. When I called to let them know, I was going to take them up on the offer to remake the pizza until they told me it would take 45 minutes. Ugh. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. And apparently switching to Dominos...

Wow! This had to be the worst experience at a pizza hut EVER! From beginning to end. All tables were full of trash and the menus were filthy. I had a group of 7 people and they messed up everyones order. Instead of a large pizza they brought out a personal pan. Instead of a thin crust they brought out a hand tossed TWICE!!! Other pizzas had the wrong toppings. This was a nightmare! With only 3 other patrons in the entire restaurant they couldnt do one single thing we asked. One guy asked for water with no ice, the waitress brought water with extra ice. It was so bad I felt like we must be on candid camera. At most restaurants you take the small things for granted like PLATES! They didnt have any clean plates available when we first started eating our pizza. I had to eat off of a napkin!!! 02/28/2015 marks the last time I will ever visit this pizza hut.

An obnoxious so called manager of the store with indian accent does not know anything about costumer service. The pizza hut should be ashamed of itself hiring this person. I ordered online with clear writing on the description that I would like to have a thin crust. After one hour working in my garage I came back to check my phone to see what happened to my order and I found a voice mail message saying that my order was cancelled because it was not clear to them if I wanted thin crust or pan crust???!!! When I called back this indian guy picks up and yells at me as if it was my fault not to be available when they called me to know what kind of crust I like. I have already toke time and wrote "thin pizza" on description box when I ordered online!!!!!. It is totally unaccepted. Shame to PIZZA HUT.

Saw an ad on the internet for a Superbowl Special. Ordered Saturday night for Sunday night delivery at 6 p.m. 6 oclock came and went, so at 6:15 we called.... sorry, were really busy, well get it out as soon as possible. 6:40 we call again...we just dispatched your pizza. 7:20, no pizza, we call again....again multiple apologies from the phone person...we ask to speak with a manager...she says the manager wont come to the phone. We give up and make a frozen pizza. At 8:30, we get a knock on the door. Its Pizza Hut. We tell them to keep the pizza. Then the driver runs off our driveway (its really steep and soft from all the rain). He tears up the neighbors yard trying to get out and ends up driving through the neighbors front yard to get back to the street. This was truly the pizza from hell.

My wife and I came here and ordered carry out cheese sticks because she had an appointment to go you next door in a few minutes. She asked if it was ok to sit down and the cashier said yes so we sat down to eat for a few minutes. The place was empty except for one table. The manager, Shadia, came out and said "You ordered carry out, right?" I said "yes." She then, rudely said "if you ordered carry-out you have to leave." I advised her that the cashier told us it was ok and as I was leaving she was fussing at the cashier. It wouldnt have been as bad if she said "Im sorry but per our policy you arent allowed to sit in if you ordered carry-out" or offered something other than attitude. Terrible customer service and the cheese sticks were overcooked too.

I just left this place after I waited about 20 minutes, seated at a table, to place my order. There was just one little family sitting at another table in a room with about 15 more empty tables. So to say, they were not really busy. However 3 (three) staff members were standing on the front desk and talking to each other. Obviously none of them were able to ask me what I would like to eat. If this is the kind of customer service you think you can treat customers...than thank you for your business..... Bad place.... staff with bad attitude......never will go there again..!!! there are other places to go !!!

Just ordered delivery about 1 hour and 10 minutes ago. I tried three times to check up on the order. First time, they hung up without even picking up when I called with my cell phone. I called again with my home phone and they hung up again without picking up. Third time, they picked up. I asked and the guy on the other end told me that the driver has left. I asked how long ago the guy has left so I can estimate time of delivery. The guy just repeated himself like I didnt understand what he was saying, Forget the food, service is terrible. Still no sign of delivery. Awful customer service.

Very Bad Costumer Service.I came with my daughter and she asked for a carry-out personal pan pizza and an iced tea. I changed mind and we decided to eat there so that I could order something as well. The place was completely empty except for the circle of employees talking and not working. The employee named Shadia very rude and firmly basically told my daughter that we could sit down and eat there because we had ordered carry-out. To top it all off,the cup they gave the iced tea in stinked horribly. It was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this pizza Hut to anyone.
