Fries were OK burger meat was disgusting and lukewarm. My milkshake was supposed to be vanilla blended with cherries and m&ms they gave me milked down m&ms on the bottoms a vanilla ice cream ball in the middle topped with m&ms and 1cherry on top of an excessive amount of whipped cream. I was very upset and to top it off I woke up sick. The commercials set you up for a great let down. And I suggest a menu people can actually see. Everyone doesnt have 20/20 vision. Service was mediocre.

The food is standard for a Sonic but the service is usually below average. It always seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers who are lazy and disorganized. I went three times in a row and each time they didnt have onion rings. I finally asked why and the teenaged supervisor told me, "we have them but we dont make them because its complicated and not a lot of people order them." I wonder if theyre franchise owner knows that is their practice.

Staff are friendly, the food is good, and it has the best milkshakes ever. I like their chicken tenders, which are crunchy and not greasy. The only thing Id want is a nicer view at the drive in, but you cant change that. If you want a weird drink that no one else has, this is the place for it. They have drinks with Nerds in them! Wtf. (No I didnt try it.)

I have been to Sonic several times.... in alot of states....but this was the BEST SONIC so far. Service and food were fantastic. The staff was friendly when ordering and checked several times to make sure we enjoyed our food and our time there. 5 STARS all the way....!!!!! Management and HQ should be proud of them.

Everytime I go for a milkshake the machine is supposedly broken. Also, I sat in my car waiting for my one shake order for over 20 minutes during my last visit. I refuse to visit this particular location again. The other sonic in Rosedale is soooooo much better. The staff is attentive rather than lazy.

Never had problem with this location always get my food right , taste great, and no issues . Then again I always travel to enjoy an Sonic since their none located in the PGC of Maryland . when I do visit this location I would like for some of the employee to be on skates more often. !!!!!

Food is ok however I really think it would be a great idea if they put a trash can in each lane, and the order taker messed up our order the two times we ordered and they seemed to have an attitude problem mostly the female carhops but the food again is pretty good.

This Sonic is in a very ghetto area. Even so, they manage to hire very friendly and attentive staff. Much better than most of the fast food chains in the area. Friday and Saturday evenings are a treat because they have their best skaters working those nights.

Horrible. They could not get my order right then I got my milkshake and it had hair in it. I asked for a manager and they sent a kid out that wasnt even a manager. I will not visit this place again. I use to come here all the time. Never again

You will sit in the stalls a long time before someone responds to the call button . On this visit I pulled into the stall at 6:35 pm and now it is 6:52pm and I pressed the button 3 times. The screen says someone will be with you. Lousy service!

Drinks you cant get anywhere else such as limeades, flavor add-ins for sodas, ice cream slashes. More milkshake flavors than any other fast food chain, and other ice cream desserts. Skating car hops bring your food.

Service was great, however the payment machines in the parking spots were down, so he had to skate away with my card for a few minutes. However, the food was was fast and tasty and the staff were very pleasant.

What happened to this place? This place used to be great but no thanks. Get some new carhops or tell your carhops that if theyre working that they shouldnt mess around in the Shoppers parking lot.

I wasted my entire lunch break waiting to order. It was not even busy and now I know why. Got fed up with waiting, went to the Taco Bell down the street and was all set in less than 10 minutes.

This sonic took 25 minutes to get my order together. I dont see the benefit to doing the drive-through, or the drive-up. Either way service is slow; and what happened to skating as a bell-hop?

Their prices are great, but the service is not. Most of the machines you order your food from dont work and the meat have too much salt in it. When they first open this location it was great.

I grew up with Sonic back in NM and was so excited to hear it has finally moved to Baltimore. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Cherry-Limeades, but just about everything on the menu is good.
