My friends and I visited this Popeyes location for dinner in Wilkes Barre, PA and after I was served a wrong food order on the part of the restuarants mistake; the manager Brenda was extremely Rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. After I called her and I then returned to the Popeyes for my refund of the wrong order; she kept the wrong order which I returned and did not issue my refund or a corrected food order- stating that I needed to come back the next day to talk to a day Manager Bobby who would know how to issue the refund.

Ordered a #12, clerk repeated that I ordered a #12, was billed for a #12, and was served a #7. When I brought this up to them, I had to wait another five minutes for my order and when I got it the deep fried shrimp were under fried and the batter was mushy on some.

A great place for quick cheap and very tasty chicken and shrimp. The staff were so cute and friendly. The dining room was messy but by the time we were leaving there were people tidying it up. All in all a nice place for fast food

Prices are a little high and the food isnt as good as it looks it doesnt have much flavor to it and the managers are rude. All i wanted was one barbeque sauce and the manger went on a rant because i forgot to ask while ordering.

I love this place. Im happy we finally got one here in Wilkes Barre. The food is very fresh.. Service is good. Im sure it may not be very healthy, after all it is fast food but I will go once in a while because its so good ☺

First time at a popeyes in years, person who took our order was as clueless as we were, charged us for food we ordered never put in the bag, and were made to wait for our food while 5 others were served behind us.

Fast accurate service and delicious food. Great for a nibble or feeding the family on a busy night. It can be tough getting in and out of the parking lot. Staff is courteous and efficient.

I would say 4 out 5 times I go there the chicken is so hot (temperture) and juicy that you need a napkin to clean your chin and sometimes neck. I think their chicken is better than KFC.

If your used to KFC stick with KFC this is a whole other ballpark nor n a bad way just way different from KFC but the service was nice and friendly and the food was just not my style
