This place is absolutely terrible. I work 2 minutes away and I dont have many options to eat.The food is always cold, they throw your food together as if they dont care. Most of the staff is horrible Ive had to come back there times to get what I actually paid for. They act as if nobody can see them joking around. Always screaming back and forth across the store. When I go inside its always dirty. They never have ice in the machine. They are never prepaired and always make me pull around on the simplest orders. Then when they come out instead of going to the window of my car thats open they go knock on my passages side window instead of walking around to me in the driver seat (Happened 3 times). The amount of laziness in the staff is unbelievable. How this place gets business is beyond me. This will be the 5th time in 4 months Ive eating there and regretted it. I will never go back to this burger King until something changes or the staff is replaced. I will post a picture of the whopper junior with cheese I just got (I ordered extra cheese theres no extra cheese and a disgusting amount of mayo is on it.)

I was disgusted! I waited 12 minutes in line. Long story short, I finally get to the pickup window and asked if I could have a complimentary dessert for my extended wait. The manager just starts rambling on about another customer refusing to move because they wanted fresh food (no I did not get any empathy or compensation). After receiving my food I began to open it immediately after pulling off to find that my sandwich and onion rings were cold. Now I understand why the previous customer was demanding hot food. This was the most disappointing BK experience Ive ever had. The manager is pathetic. Rather than caring what would make me happy as a customer she was just pointing blame at another customer. I guess when I pulled off I was added to the blame. If I had the time I would have also returned my food for a hot and fresh meal. I even explained suggestions on how they would have been able to keep the rest of the line satisfied, but I guess shed rather have us publicly post negative reviews than lose $1 on a dessert.

I worked at this location and trust me when I tell you that you do not want to eat here I have seen half cooked meet served to customers drugs sold out of this establishment time stickers changed so that food doesnt get thrown away to keep costs down all of this is thanks to the district manager Mrs Libby it has gotten so bad the gm Mrs Carroll of 20 + years has resigned her position now the worst DM ever is running this location and cutting every corner to cut down on costs I can also say with no question that three is a great amount of racism directed white folks I strongly suggest that you eat else where. PS the DM has no respect for employees or there well-being I have no problem working in a hazards environment but when someone told the district manager there is a slipping hazard and a wet floor sign should be put in the back and she replied your wearing non slip shoes if you slip its your own fault ! I call that a bad place to work suggest McDonalds they pay more anyway

Came in to the store at 415 to get food on our break from work.. Worst experience on my life. We received chicken nuggets that were discolored so we took it to the girl that look like she was the only person working. She took them made us wait 15 min for new ones that were of the same coloration as the previous ones that they had given me. So I told the woman I did not want them. She snatched them back so I asked for my money back and as she proceeded to give me my money back with no apology for the food!!! Literally nothing. She didnt say one word. Needless to say the 3 other people in line ask for their money back as well. We will no longer be coming to any of your establishments ever again and I will make sure I put in a complaint with the BBB also the health department. You restaurant was discusting and unclean the employees are rude, uneducated and dont know how to give customer service!!! Who doesnt apologize!!

Good day, Q1. How can you F up pre made food? Q2. Why cant you clean the places where you reheat the premade food and the places where customers eat? What a cesspool. Q3. How come gangs are Allowed to loiter for hours by the garbage smoking and drinking. Day after day, slackers showing weapons to each other, laughing at the damages they could do, as they act out attacks. Presenting their behinds to each other, heads covered,, one guesses, from the shame they feel for themselves and their families.Garbage at their feet with a dumpster at their elbows and trash cans all around. The safest way to order is at the drive thru, but that still does not save you from the filth and poorly heated food. As to the staff, try not to make them angry. Always a good idea, but here especially. Take a tip, drive down the highway to Giant get fixins and make your own. Thank you for your time.

Well I come to this Burger King for breakfast and I come for a late lunch its a Burger King that everybody is nice you can chat with the cashiers and the cooks and joke around and be yourself its a different kind of Burger King in a way because the people are there are all having fun food is halfway decent service is Switched you get it fast food restaurants but overall its a great place to managers are fantastic they care about the customer and its fun coming here theres no drama but you have to understand this Burger King is not an ordinary Burger King the people joke around with you here if you cant take that kind of stuff and you shouldnt come here but overall every experience is a good experience if my foods not right I send it back and they replace it with no questions asked

This store ran out of soda and offered other drinks for the combos so I selected a shake instead but when I got to the window to pay I asked if I was being charged for the drink in the combo and the shake and she said yes....what a rip off....this has never happened to me in my entire life of going to any Burger King I have patronized in the entire nation! I declined the purchase and went to the Wendys down the street. Also when I tried to call the store to speak to a manager ....no one would answer the phone, all in all I am very disappointed with this store and will never return, I might add that in the past this store has messed up my order 3 other times this year alone.

While my iced coffee and my friends coffee were quite good and cheap the service is abysmal. We stood at the counter for several minutes without even being acknowledged. We finally had to ask an employee who was walking by to wait on us. This is a dirty restaurant. We were there after 9am and the trash container by the entrance was still overflowing from the night before. The shrubs need to be trimmed. The door had hand and finger prints all over it. There were at least 5 or 6 employees but only 1 seemed to be doing anything. These employees are just dead weight. This restaurant is a blight on the Burger King brand.
