Literally just had the owner yell at me on the phone, because she called to let me know she was going to be an additional 20-25 mins late. At the time I placed my order she had told me it was going to be 40 mins lateness due to peak hours. I was okay and ordered regardless, just for her to call me 40 mins later to say its going to be an additional 20-25 mins maybe more and asks if I still would like the food. When I then tell her I will just cancel because its too long she gets so upset, yells at me and hangs up the phone on me. When I then call her back and tell her that was not only rude, also unnecessary and it is she who had suggested to go ahead and cancel if I think its too long for me....soo then why yell at me and would not even let me place a word in when I opt to cancel? This is not the first time I order here, I like their food but I can pass on all the rudeness and unnecessary yelling. I have had delivery several time from them and 90% of the time they are so late and there is no apology on their part (not to mention forgetting your cutlery, napkins or plate upon request). If I have waited more than an hour for my food when you told me it was going to take only 20-30 mins, why do you get so upset with me when I cancel the food. The least is to be kind and apologetic to your customers and deal with the consequences. Put a smile on that face when you deliver your customers food, take the time to understand their complaints, because we the customers are the ones who keep your business open and money in your pockets.

Worst customer service i order from them every wknd and my order is always wrong or missing Something. Last week my card was charged 20$ extra and nobody could give me my money back, no free half & half nothing for be being a valued customer. Its trifling and they lie because they never called back and told me next time I get a free soda but when I asked today oh maam Im sorry we dont see any notes in system for that.... Never again I refuse to spend my money on people who dont care about there customers

I just received my order about 45 min ago. I ordered lg orange chicken, as I was eating it was a staple in the chicken. I cant wait until they open tomorrow. I cant stop throwing up.
