I thought the customer service was great. The food on the other hand:( I wanted Nachos but they said they were "all out of Nachos for today". So I ordered chalupas. They were barely edible. I couldnt finish them, the shells were hard, stale and tasted burnt. The only sauce they had was Diablo. I think this place really just wants to be a KFC.

Worst customer service of my entire life. The food was not even defrosted properly. The lady at the window was extremely rude NO STARS DO NOT EAT HERE drive a little further up Annapolis Road near the giant and go that Taco Bell instead or KFC further down... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

This is a combination restaurant. Its also a KFC. I didnt have a problem with the food, but it took 15 mins just to place an order due to the high volume of people. Another 15 before it came out. The store is just too small to be a dual store with that much foot traffic.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Messed up order several times then blamed me for not ordering correctly! Ive been going to Taco Bells across the country for over 2 decades and never had such a terrible experience! Will never go to this location again.

Service at this location is always slow and they never have hot wings ready . I have to pull around front and wait 10 minutes which sometimes turns into 20 minutes.i only stop here for convenience and food is not to bad once it arrives.
