On Sunday 05/15/2016 at 5:18 HOCOIMY took my order I always get a double bacon cheeseburger but some how HOCOIMY does not get it right! Nathalie (manager) called me up to pick up my order but it was a single bacon cheeseburger. I told her I come to this particular Roy Rogers all the time, I know this is not the first time she has seen me, especially, with this same issue! Nathalie has been nice before and given me an extra patty but this time she did not acknowledge that HOCOIMY made a mistake once again! Poor customer service! I also found a hair in my french fries and a piece of white plastic in my Mac and cheese! I use to love going to this Roy Rogers! I do not know if I can say that anymore !

The service at this location is terrible, long line at the drive thur so I walked in hoping to get quicker service only to find all six of the employees crowded around the food pick up station laughing and taking loud while a few of them were actually twerking. I watched for less than a minute before leaving. This location also has had a terrible ventilation system and you leave with your clothes smelling of grease. Ive loved Roys since I was a child but If you find yourself at this location do yourself a favor and go to Burger King across the street.

A good place to eat. I come here for a road beef or fried chicken now and then for "momento" of the good old day when I was young and... I always think Roy Rogerss is better then others fast food restaurants then and now. Keep it up and get rid of the "order buy name system". Friendly but too personal and I am running out of fake name. One time I used "Number 5" as in Short Circuit. They did not get it and shown their hate for it. Last time I chose "Jacky" (Jacky Chan) and they laughed at me.

Terrible service. Ordered my food and waited twenty minutes for the all you can eat pancakes. Went to the manager, person in charge, and the employee who took my order insisted I had to come back through the line for more. Only problem is that I never received my original order. The cashier could not comprehend that. Was then told it would take ten minutes for them to make pancakes. Terrible.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST ROY ROGERS I HAVE EVER GONE TO, CHICKEN WAS OVER COOKED AND THE SPECIAL OH MY MOCA SHAKE WAS OVER PRICED AND WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. THE STAFF APPEARED TO BE UNDER TRAINED FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE POSITIONS AND COULD NOT HANDLE THE BACK UP AT THE DRIVE THRUONE. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS, BUT WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ONE.

Terrible establishment. Waited over 25 minutes for a meal. When confronting the manager, Miguel, about this he said he couldnt do anything about it. I asked for a refund and was denied. Ended up leaving with no food and $8.25 gone from my wallet.

Go inside for more accurate and POLITE service. Its kinda hard to yell at someone face to face these days. Aside from that, the food is good. Prices are about the same as any other fast food place. Clean...including the restrooms.

I tried 3 different sandwiches and all 3 were crap. Paid $15.00 for some food that was the equivalent of truck stop food standards. Sad only reason i came in was i thought of going when i was a kid. Wont make that mistake again.

Slow service, several orders were delayed because french fries were not ready. Tables and bathroom were dirty. I could have gone to Chick-fil-a and thought I would try Roys. I wont make that mistake again.
