Staff doesnt pay attention when youre trying to place your and youve been waiting for them to even acknowledge you. One employee who was working making the burgers was more interested in his cell phone than making burgers. He was wearing the required gloves while on his phone and was scratching his head, but when he went back to making burgers he failed to change his gloves. I pointed this out to manager. Not sure if he was mad at me for reporting his unsanitary practice or employee. Either way, I wont go back.

Tried their delivery for the 1st time last week, they forgot part of the order. Called store mgr. asked to give them another chance and said they would send rest of order never came. Called them later, to inquire, got hung up on 3 times. NEVER AGAIN They apparently dont care.

Worst Costumer Service ever. the establishment is OK. but the service I experience was horrible. they first took along time to attend me. second the they took along time taking my order. No I suggest you rather go to the McDonald around here before coming here.

They charge for sauces. I go to other burger kings and they dont charge. So im just not going to this Burger King anymore. And there sodas always suck and so does there sandwhiches. Its not worth paying extra when McDonalds is across the street.

This outlet is one of the poorer locations - food is fine, but the building itself is starting to show its age and is not maintained as well as it should be. Service is spotty and can be very very slow.

Disrespect customers and completely rude as well. Management has no idea of what he is doing. Incompetent manager and ignorant employees. Do not come here. Probably will close down in the next year.

Hit or miss! Ive noticed late night trips are better for me. I almost always get the right add ons (like extra crispy chicken fries yum) and hot food after 8.
