Despite telling myself over and over Ill never order from this restaurant again, I made the mistake of placing my internet order again tonight. The restaurant called me right away to say they were out of something I ordered (pizza pepperoni rolls). They offered cinnamon sticks, bread sticks, or cheese sticks. I asked if they could add pepperoni to the cheese sticks. They laughed at me and told me no. When the representative said, "So you want to cancel your order?", I said of course not -- Im just trying to figure this out. Deep sigh and obvious irritation. I told her to just go ahead and cancel the freaking order. Ok, I swore... bad me. She called me a hussy and started screaming at me on the phone. I repeatedly asked for her name, but she refused to give it to me and kept screaming at me about treating her with respect. I get it -- Im sorry, but you need to treat your customers with a little more respect. Laughing at them and calling them names is hardly professional.

I placed my order online and was waiting for my pizza when I received a call from this restaurant. Id ordered curly fries which I was very excited about and was the main reason I chose Pizza Hut over Dominos. The person on the phone told me that they didnt have curly fries at that location. He was unable to explain why they would not only advertise curly fries on the website, but also allow me to pay for them when they dont even offer them. I was offered two other items, which I very much did not want, or canceling the order. But options were big inconveniences, so I couldnt win. I will not be buying from here again.

Sure, you have to get your pizza through bulletproof glass, and theres no eating-area in the "resturant" as it is just a take-out / delivery location... But it IS conveniently located, has a teeny bit of parking, and the workers have been friendly in person. Not always the most prompt or efficient on the phone; but you can always order online. They dont always choose to participate in Pizza Hut promotions, so just ask about whatever deal or coupon you have prior to ordering. They deliver perfectly consistent Pizza-Hut tasting food; whats not to love?

This place is terrible. They do not stock a lot of certain items EVER and will often lack more commonly ordered items. Their deliverers will never bring cheese or pepper packets with them. They are very prone to taking a ridiculously long time to complete your order. This isnt service or quality related, but the cashiers that work there are some of the most hideously fat whales of women you will ever see. It is disgusting to witness and makes you feel bad about eatting fatty pizza because it makes you that much closer to them.

ZERO STARS if there were such a thing!! A Ethiopian lady was talking to her friend in her language for over 10 minutes while I had to wait for my order. Mind you I ordered online and my order wasnt done at the expected time. The Spanish guy at the register didnt even want to take my order he looked like he didnt want to be at work!! Terrible customer service!!

I waited 1 1/2 hours for 1 large pizza, then I called 5 times to see where the hell my pizza was and nobody answered. When my pizza finally arrived it was COLD like it had been sitting out for the longest. I called the place back and they freaking told me the driver could pick my pizza back up and theyd send a new one in another HOUR. THIS PIZZA HUT IS TRASH.

Called in to order 10 pizzas for me and my co-workers office crew, as soon as I told them ten stuff crust, I was put on hold for more than 40 minutes. Had to hung up, no follow up letting me know they were busy and will be with me as soon as possible. TERRIBLE. Unfortunately for you, took a lost of about $150.

People should Learn how to spell before posting a review with the most easiest words mispelled. When I am checking reviews on a place and the person who posted the review cant spell I have to assume that their ignorance may be the reason they received the service they did.

Zero "F"-ing stars if there was such a thing on here! The worst customer service and no one knows how to answer the phone in the place....or answer the phone period! I called several times and no one would pickup the damn phone. #GHETTO....#INCLUDINGTHESERVICE!

This is not only the worst pizza hut, but the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Service is flat out bad, and the pizza is TERRIBLE. It looks like they use frozen pre baked crusts and often the sauce and cheese only covers the middle 60% of the pizza. Avoid.

I live 1.7 miles from this location and they pick and choose when they want to deliver to my house. The customer service is very rude and had no choice but to report them to corporate because my children are hungry and wanted pizza hut.

I made an online order. It was going to take 30 minutes to be deliver. I notice after 30 minutes it havent came. I had to call to see where my pizza was. It end up coming an hour later. So disappointed. Pizza wasnt good.
