I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a little while, but things just keep getting worse. First of all, dont even try to eat on-location. The dining room is uncleaned, and this location is basically carry-out and delivery friendly, only. So, tonight, I arrive, and after they run my card, we wait for 1 minute before the employee called over their manager. Basically, there was an issue with the card system. The managers name was Emmanuel. He said he could fix it, but it would take him 5 minutes, and he wanted to know if I had cash. When I didnt have cash he looked upset that I would have him fix the card reader. He stayed on the phone for 5 minutes, ignoring other customers and looking like he hated that he had to do this. When he finished, my receipt printed and I signed it. He brought me my pizzas, and didnt lift the cover to let me check like they normally would. I arrive home, and not only does it look like they threw the toppings on after it had cooked, but they used barbecue sauce on my pizza instead of marinara, and didnt include the buffalo drizzle I asked for. Basically, Im very disappointed, and unless corporate gets this branch sorted out and functioning properly, I wont be going there, again.

If an employee says a customers pizza will be ready in 1 minute, then she shouldnt have him waiting over 20 minutes for an order that shouldve been ready 30 minutes ago. People who ordered their food in the store got their food before I did...and I showed up 10 minutes late! The cashier made no attempt to inform me on why my food was taking so long, and acted like nothing was wrong, even though I had been waiting almost 20 minutes for my order. She showed absolutely no concern for me or my order, and it was really upsetting that she charged me for Ranch(which cost $0.50), but gave other customers Ranch for free!!! I wish I still had the receipt, so that I could give you guys this employees name. She was an African American, who looked like she mightve been in her 40s or 50s. She wasnt rude or disrespectful, but her lack of attention to detail definitely made me feel like an unvalued guest.

This place is a total disaster. At 5:30 the dining room was basically closed. No napkins and the lights were off. I guess they prefer us to take it to go. My wife ordered tomatoes, was told by the cashier that they dont have tomatoes "but theres tomato in the sauce under the cheese." My wife pointed out tomatoes on the menu. Th cashier admitted surprise and still insure that thy dont have any. Later, the manager informed that they do in fact have tomatoes. We also ordered spinach on half. It was not on the pizza the first time it was presented to us. We sent it back. The second time there was a handful of raw spinach thrown on top in a pile. They say this is how they serve it. We got a refund and left. Even the manager was combative at first, insisting that theres nothing to be done.

Awesome service I dont what people are talking about , friendly staff, the manager Lorena is some what lazy, always on her phone. She shouldnt be manager at all. The crew members are always doing everything. But the shift managers Emmanuel and yonathan. Are nice and friendly. Every time I go and order the greet with a smile. They both are always working unlike the manager Lorena lazy ass. But those guys will end up taking her job soon. Cause they always something like toppings or plate or cups no in stock cause she doesnt order any. But they both go out there way to make the experience there better. So thats why I give them 5 stars cause of those 2 guys.

Drivers are frequently 30 min. late (or more), that is when you can actually order delivery online, sometimes it says it is outside of the delivery hours even though it is only 8PM. Frankly its best if you never go into the store, you probably wont want to eat there after that anyways. Im not sure they even know how to make Pizza Hut pizza correctly. The pan pizza is often dry on the edges and under-cooked in the middle. More often than not there is maybe 60% of the pizza actually covered with cheese, little to no sauce, and the slices are never cut properly so it ends up just making a mess.

Long story short my order was incorrect by a Hispanic girl with glasses, waited doubled the time, for something i did not order issue was resolved by a woman named "Debbi" Im guessing the manager. She was polite, courteous just a great attitude overall she resolved the issue and i left as a happy customer. Always loved pizza from pizza hut and would hate to have to go to another location just from a bad experience. I feel the workers their should be more attentive, pay attention, just be focused on their job rather then having ugly attitudes, no one likes that it is not welcoming.

I love Pizza Hut I am from Prince Georges County Maryland I have been living here for long long time since 1991 the year I was born the early 1990s 26 years ago nearly almost 30 years ago in 4 years hours ahead forever and ever more I worked at Pizza Hut I was going to transfer to this Pizza Hut with my ADF Pizza Companies W2 form to work at another Restaurant Pizza Hut which one of my favorite pizza places thats been there in Hyattsyville for a long long time and many years founded by The Carney Brothers Dan and Frank Carney since 1958 and forever.

I would put no stars if I could !! I usually dont even write reviews but my experience was awful I ordered breadsticks for my children solid rock hard !!! I went back in for a refund but the manager denied this and offered me a new order. But it doesnt end there nearly 35 minutes till it was done and I was waiting for it forever ! She knew I was waiting and didnt give it to me till I asked terrible service the Spanish lady needs to get fired as manager you should be on your tippy toes with these things !! Terrible terrible service

Why fix whats not broken? Well, I used to go to pizza hut specifically for their wings because they were so good. We ordered wings today only to find out that they have a new line of wings. It came deep fried, overcooked and drenched in sauce as opposed to the old wing that were baked. It was gross!! And their pizza is already too greasy. Pizza hut has gone down hill. Unfortunately, I will longer be a patron of any pizza hut again.

Wanted to change my order, cashier told me that I couldnt change it because my pizza was made already. Waited 11 mins extra before I got my pizza. I Asked for half meatlover and half cheese, when I looked in the box it was 4 slices of cheese pizza with the rest meatlovers. I will never eat at this location again. They in no way tried to satisfy the customer.
