This place doesnt know the meaning of customer service. Always ruins our phone order, we order food by calling them and be there by the time they told us it will be ready but they will mess up something and we have to wait another 30 to 40mins this happened few times and there is one very tall guy who behaves with customers as if we are there begging for free food, he doesnt know how to talk to a customer. While I was waiting there to pick up food I saw him taking the phone from others who are taking phone order from customers and disconnects them all of a sudden asking them to do something else. This place should get worst customer service award.

Usually go here and food is nice but not going back. 1. Twice they messed up a takeout order on a dish and would not change, credit or refund. Substituted goat biryani with vegetable biryani, which was also horrible. Old and threw it away. Called them right away from home. Anyways passed thinking its a mistake. 2. Spoke to a guy to order by phone. Rude and does not have the professional decency to speak properly. One dish that we were told was nut free last time and had ordered now has nuts. Something as serious as a nut allergy and they cannot confirm or reconfirm. Lazy careless approach. I canceled the order. Never going back here.

Heavy but tasty food. Place was packed when we went on a Saturday...they had a 30 minute wait for a late lunch even a 2:30, with another 30 minutes for the foods arrival. Everything was spicy but flavorful. Goat Biryani was good, the cuts of meat were satisfactory, the only thing I could say that was bad were their naans. They were skinny and definitely not crispy and chewy the way naans should be, so they should probably be complementary instead of the rice. We order takeout from them a lot of times but this was one of the few times we opted to eat there. With a 45 mile drive from our house at least its not a wasted trip.

Food is okay Service is : they dont notice when you walk in. And forget about you once youve ordered. I dont know what it is about this place. Its the second and prbly last time we come here. The first time the service was bad I thought it was off chance. Now . Im sitting in the restaurnt and have been waiting for someone to come by for like 15 mins now. The food def isnt enough to have me come back everything takes so long from getting a table making eye contact with your waiter getting your drinks getting your good getting your Bill etc . I really wish I loved this place because its so close.

Today I took a to go of two Chicken Dum Biryani... I am surprised to see only one small sample piece of chicken piece in each of the Biryani. Ive been to many Indian/Indo-Pak restaurants in Atlanta and never had such a worst experience. Looks like they want to earn back their investment in one month with this type of cheap tricks with Customers..I really dont advise any one who is a Chicken Biryani freak to go for this restaurant and have sample piece of chicken with whole lot of rice. Customer servie/Ambience: Nil ..lokks like need to train their staff Food Qualiy: Worst

I was very nervous to even try this place after reading the reviews but Im glad I did. The food is delicious. Be prepared, it is spicy. I ordered the spinach dish (palak paneer), the okra dish and the chickpea dish. All of them were fantastic. The people who were working there werent overly friendly but they werent rude to me (although other people had this complaint so I might have just been lucky) . I checked their score from the health dept and it was 100 so I was very happy about that. I personally had a good experience. The food I ordered was yummy.

The food is very good. Ive tried a few different items, and the chicken tikka masala, mutton masala, chickn tikka kabobs, and their version of Chinese fried rice are all excellent choices. Its an informal atmosphere, it is often full at lunch, and the prices are reasonable. I do wish the biryani had more add-ins (the chicken and goat biryani had very little chicken or goat), but the staff is very friendly and one gentleman in particular took the time to give us recommendations and help us with choices. I go at least every other week.

Came to eat here on a Friday night and was very disappointed. I waited for food for almost an hour and watched multiple other diners get theirs before me, despite coming to the restaurant after me. I approached the staff twice and was told that my food was coming out- when I finally told them I wanted to leave and cancel my order, I was finally served. Food was mediocre at best. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant unless you are getting take out. It seems about 50 people had take out while I waited for my order to dine in

I ate goat biryani there in restaurant and it was ok. I ordered catering tray for my party along with other dishes and there are no goat pieces, except the bones and some meat attached a bit. Its like they took all the junk pieces and put it in. My friends had a contest to fill in the bowls with the bones and we had to empty those bowls so frequently. I am never going back there. I used to get it from various other places and they par much better than here. I called them to let know and they have the least concern.

Im American, used to live in India and this place is freakin delicious! Im not sure why all the bad reviews. I work right next to this place, I eat there all the time and its great. Maybe an Indian guy complains about it because its not the specific cuisine from his part of India or an American feels gross after eating there.... well then dont eat there. Not everyone has a stomach for delicious Indian food. Anyway... the proof is in the curry. When you walk in, its ALWAYS packed... nuff said. Go eat. Enjoy!

Went there today, I ordered the Chicken Baryani, which had a limited amount of chicken, but LOTS of Rice, also it was hotter (not spicier) than other places. I also ordered bread and a soda..total with taxes and tip $18.50, as I said, good food but not $20 good, more like $10-12 good...My advice pay 10 dollars more and go to Nori Nori (japanese buffet) across the street, also for $13-$15 you can get a decent BBQ or for $20-$22 a nice burger and a beer at the bar, all in the same shopping plaza.

I have visited this place today i thought its gonna be good food as other bawarchi in sandy spring but i was really disappointed. It was worst food which i had in Ga. I have order chilli paneer, apolo fish and chicken lolipop all were cooked in same chili sauce without any taste just super hot. If you want to have good indian food then avoid this place. Also they dont carry free food (Biryani and chicken 65) Suggestion for owners Dont spoil name of the resturant please appoint good chef.

Visited the place with my wife. I ordered chicken tandoori and it was pretty good. For starters and main course we ordered Chilly Paneer and Kadhai Panner. The veg food was pathetic and the Paneer was also not at all fresh. They brought starters and main course together so could not get the time to enjoy the food properly. Place is good for non vegiterians who just want to feed up and run. Not at all good for people who wants to try vegetarian food and actually wants to enjoy food.
